Returning to get a phone with a warranty

bad screen

Unfortunately, there is not an easy process to simply swap the phone for a working one. I had to purchase another phone, wait for it to arrive, swap my data/information over again, and now have to return the defective phone an wait for my refund. I now have a working phone, but the process to get it was extremely frustrating. There needs to be a way to streamline the process!
