Equivalent to the One Plus Open

Samsung finally made a phone as good as the one plus open. If one plus made a second version of their open phone, that would be better then thia phone.

When it arrived after about a week of shipping delays, the outer and inner screen had a ton of finger prints and smudges all over it. Also the battery was completely dead and I had to put it on the charger for a while before I could turn it on. All that wasn't a huge issue since it was an open box item, but I figured they would at least wipe it down to make it look presentable. The phone box was also taped with "inspected by best buy" tape, but that was already cut open when I received it. The main issue was when I tried to set it up with my Google account. Apparently it was not "inspected by best buy" as the phone was still locked to the previous person's Google account. I went into my local best buy and the mobile phone department rep asked the geek squad guys if they can unlock it and they said they can't and I have to deal with Samsung. I called Samsung and they said to return it so I did. Went on Amazon and got a "mint" condition open box one and has been great. The phone itself is amazing, just be careful on best buy's open box ones.

After paying so much money for this phone, I am disappointed. I cannot recommend this phone to a friend for they would not forgive me. It’s just okay. I feel like I’m stuck with it.

Poor design

Maybe I should have not bought the 7 I’ve only had it for a month and it’s already experiencing issues

Very upsetting
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love my device but I'm not happy with what's going on with my payment plan, I've been on time with my monthly payments and it hasn't even been a full a year since my purchase and after my 8th month i get hit with a 700 interest charge for an expired promotional balance which i didn’t even know about. I was happy paying my bills even every other month I'd do a larger payment to bring my balance down faster but this is ridiculous i should've been half way done by now but now my balance is over what the phone originally costed me. I might have to return the very first phone i ever bought for myself because of this.
