Great condition, like new with original box matching the serial numbers on the case and earbuds.

Great sounding ear huds with good bass and clear speech when conversing on the phone

Loved them since day one, practical, easy to use, great for all occasions like working out or just using them daily.

I liked the sound quality enough to return these and buy a new pair. The refurbished buds looked significantly used and the left one was fuzzy in ambient mode. Recommend buying these mew because they arr awesome but not a refurb model.

These are a better fit and the upgrades are not hurting....

Sound is good, but they dont have a long battery life and dont seem to charge consistently. And I havent found a way to see how much battery is left.

These were geek squad certified excellent when I bought them so like advertised I expected them to have extra ear bud tips in them. I opened them and they didn’t have not a pair. Again it’s advertised as “excellent” meaning you get everything in the box Sioux missing items unless specified. I was bummed to find out if I wanted to purchase the tips it’ll be another 29.99. Maybe Best Buy should make sure we know what’s in the box before buying.

The sound cancelling on these is amazing. My son and husband both have a pair now !

I should've purchased them a long time ago...sound quality and noise cancelation is great. My only gripe is the battey life...

Item was as expected,the only problem i experienced is the left ear bud made my ear hurt even after changing the bud sizes to a smaller one,the translate from english too Spanish works really well when theres a language barrier between two people it also translates muptial conversations between several people which allowed me to kniw and understand what was being said

Excellent High quality sound. I did not keep this because one earbud would not seal to my mis-shaped ear. rubber pads are not easy to change. Easy to break
