    These brand new are awesome. but I got these refurbished ones and the work great but when pushing head phone into the ear it will screech every once in a while, which can be some what annoying

    I purchased this refurbished product and unfortunately, it was defective. I decided to buy it because I’ve had the same item for over a year with no issues, and I got this one for my wife. Thankfully, the customer service—especially in-store—was excellent. The exchange was quick, and everything has been working perfectly since the replacement

    Like others mentioned in their reviews, these came without the earbud cushions even though the description clearly states that they do. When you try to call and get the cushions, your only option is to return them at store and repurchase. Had to purchase the cushions on Amazon because i couldnt be hassled with this nonsense. Best buy know there is an issue yet they dont address it. Overall, product has worked fine though.
