Everything was great until maybe about six months into having these the left earbud stopped charging.

Earbud noise canceling setting is canceling my voice. Didnt know until I was in a loud setting and no one could hear me. This could have been the refurbished issue that was truly unresolved. Without any warranty I'm out of luck getting it resolved. No help from Best Buy or Samsung. These are my 2nd pair of Samsung eabuds that I'm unsatisfied with. I told the Samsung rep that I'll never buy Samsung buds again because I'm not willing to try a 3rd time.

I love it, eveything is beautiful when the box is opened.

Was pretty good except 1 set of eartips was missing I was thinking since it was refurbished it have the tips replaced, but overall works really well works better then the 2nd gen all though i like the touch control on 2nd gen more.

Very good cuality sound and clear perfect for gift

Alot of reviews said that the tips were missing but I received them all with no issues! I was hesitant to order but was well pleased with the product. If you're on the fence about buying refurbished, I'd say that this is a good product to take a gamble on.

The head phone them self are ok Did not come with any other ear plug piece sizez. Also battery dies in about 4-5 hours of play

Honestly, I was a little hesitant to buy refurbished earbuds, but the "Geek Squad Certified" label made me feel better about it. And wow, I'm so glad I did. its working fine for. i connect them with iPhone and with Samsung phones too. so no issue

Good product only reason it didn't get 5 stars was cause it csme missing with parts and has a process to return them.

2nd time buying refurbished samsung buds. This time it was to replace my fiances airpods i bought last year. She finally agreed since the pros lasted a little over a year. She loves em and that makes me happy.

Works great bought refurbished and havent had any issues or complants especially when using my bestbuy card for even more of a discount
