    Not a huge fan, honestly. I love Samsung stuff, but these earbuds are a miss for me. Yeah, all the features on my other Samsung devices are great, but these just don't fit my ears. It's totally personal, everyone's ears are different, but these are the worst-fitting earbuds I've ever owned. Nothing's worse than trying to work out and having them constantly fall out. I'll stick with my second-generation ones, thanks.

    I bought some this week jan 2025. I was sent a heavily used set with finish wearing off of the back of the case, on the bottom of both buds and chips in one of the earbuds finish. To top off being sold someones heavily used and most likely returned under warranty item. The case still had the previous owners earwax all over the inside of the case... disgusting

    I ordered a refurbished pair. I fully expected damage or cosmetic issues and wouldve been completely ok with it. Unfortunately i received a pair i couldn't sync cuz the one wouldnt comnect. I pulled it out and looked at it and the end was completely broken off. If youre going to resell a "fixed" item. Please save everyone some time and make sure it works atleast.

    I like them, but dont love them. I have owned all other samsung buds, and the previous generation was slightly better. Still a great value for the price vs others. Overall, im please due to the technology and functionality between my Samsung Ultra and the buds. if you own a samsung phone, these are a must have!
