    Got these feom bestbuy as geek squad refurbished. Great earbuds but they were defective. One of them just won't charge. Bestbuy had me return and repurchase at a higher price. Sucked it up and bought brand new ones from Amazon instead.

    Gave as a gift to my mom and she loves them only issue is finding a case in stores in near imposible but all the features included in these paired with samsung phones is why I purcahsed these specifcially the in time translation

    I always rave for samsung buds ive had 3 different pairs but it seems like they are putting in less effort into making them. The quality is not as good I got sony ones that are better quality. They changed the design and quality it just doesnt meet my expectations for Samsung.

    Just okay. Don't really like the design. Having to make sure the buds are the right orientation to slide the triangle body into the charger is annoying. Seems like a step down eve from the first pro buds. Cmon Samsung... Do better

    These are technically functional but I they feel so uncomfortable and will not stay in my ears. The sound is great when they sit in the ears but they hardly ever do.
