The left side loses charge quick and sound is blurry at times

Item came without ear tips, why would you sell an item without the required items to function? It looks like best buy threw in samsung ear tips, but didn't bother to check that they actually were compatible with the item (they weren't). I love buying open box/refurbished, and typically don't have any issues. Best buy dropped the ball on this one. Returned them right away.

Horrible dirty nasty...case looked like it been kicked 4 2miles....had ear crust on the earbuds....So clearly they didnt sanitize em...or clean....judt put em in a box and shipped em out....RETURNED THEM B4 i left the store

The right side of the earbud couldn't charge after less than 2 weeks of use. The sound quality is good

I purchased this geek squad refurbished item and my experience wasn't good. Battery life was horrible and headphones were sounding tiny.

They dont stay in my ears. At all. Sounds amazing but whats the point if it keeps saying "not a perfect fit" even if you buy different size plugs. They wont stay in your ear. Horrible headphones.

They cut in annd out alot. Make a high pitch noises

This product lasted under a year I am highly disappointed. I will fully charge them, use them, my left ear bud will be 90% and the right will be dead. Very bad. Do not ever do geek squad recertified product. No i am looking to replace them spending more money again in under a year for ear buds.

They don’t work for more the 3 months try to store do something for me and they couldn’t do anything

Bad becuase i think their fake and when i call anybody it randomly cant hear anything

Bought it on August 20th. My guaranty was on September 4th. On September 16th the left bud stopped charging. Till now its 0%.

I had a lot of problems with these. The battery life is awful. I got about 4 hours compared to my Buds2 Pro that got 9 hours. They also would not stay connected. I was always fighting with them disconnecting and not wanting to reconnect. Another thing I did not like was the stem being a triangle shape, it made it much more fiddly to put back into the case because it would only fit if you lined it up correctly. The old version would just go right in with no fuss. I have already returned these.
