The only thing this dishwasher is good for is to waste water for 3 hours. Yes the run time is 3 hours. If any partial of food is still on any of the plates, it will multiply and get all over everything else.

have had several brands of dishwashers in the past but this Samsung with StormWash is a dream. It runs so quiet I can barely tell it is running. I tested the StormWash feature by not washing off the dishes like I have always been forced to do in the past with previous dishwashers. I truly did the job and my dishes are clean without rinsing . The storage was brilliantly layed out and I can fit more dished in there than ever before. This is truly a blessing for those with a big family. It is very sleek and incredibly easy to use. I was able to use the features without any issue. The only surprise but known feature was the dishwasher door popping open near the end of the drying to vent and help with the drying. This was no problem for me but was unique to me. This dishwasher is a must have!

This is the most quiet dishwasher I have ever owned! It is super sleek too. Don't be a know it all, like I was though. Read the manual. The storm wash is an awesome feature!! Most dishwashers designate their own design as far as dish placement goes, and I have to say that I am very impressed with this design as it very generic, which gives you the freedom to put your dishes where you want them and to fit them in as you see fit. The racks are adjustable as far as being raised and lowered, which is handy for larger items that need to be washed on the top shelf. Maybe it is in my head, but the dishwasher seems bigger without the agitator spinner thingy in the middle. Even though there isn't a heated dryer setting available, the dishes are almost always dry or nearly dry after the door automatically pops open.

Comparing this dishwasher to my previous, would be comparing apples to oranges because there's no comparison. This is a fantastic dishwasher, it even looks beautiful in my kitchen. Things I love are the stainless interior. The fold down features that are in the bottom rack, making washing bigger pots and pans so much easier and customizable. The wine glass holder is also a nice feature. The double lidded utensil baskets are so easy to load and take out to put utensils away. The touch keys are a nice addition and have multiple options. Though the cycles can be rather long. The sanitizing feature has also been a perk! It's so quiet, I often wonder if it's even on! Things I don't love are the auto release door, having little kids, that's not always a convienient feature. And without using the stormwash feature, some items just don't always come completely clean. But all in all, this has been a fantastic dishwasher for us! I was fortunate enough to review this an Insider.

This dishwasher was way underestimated. After I used it for a few times i knew it was the right one .Very quiet cleans fantastic easy to use love the way the door opens automatically when finished . and the price for this quality untouchable great job Samsung

Bought this and had it delivered in the late summer/early fall 2019. Moderate, normal usage, two person household so we don't go through dishes super fast so don't run it a ton. Ran it new years eve, worked normally. Loaded it after dinner last night and went to run it, will not power on. No lights, no noise, nothing. Have tried checking breaker box and switches, have tried plugging into a different outlet. No luck. Didn't throw up any error codes or anything. Just working normally one day, totally dead and unable to turn on a could of days later. An almost $700 dishwasher from a good brand that has been only been moderately used should last longer than 5 years and a few odd months in my opinion. We bought a whole black stainless Samsung kitchen set for our new home all at the same time and now we're more than a little concerned about the quality and longevity of those other items.

So far no problems. Not sure if I like the feature for the door to pop open when it's drying. Very quiet and cleans well. Easy to run.

Very quiet, you may forget that you are using it. It has large capacity and easy to use/organizing. I like it a lot.

I love this dishwasher truly it is a gorgeous black stainless steel which matches my Samsung refrigerator. VERY QUIET, during cycle and then when she is finished the door will pop open to cool down and a song will play to alert me the dishes are done. Which is great. I have been the primary dishwasher for 3 years now until we bought this beautiful machine, so I might be out dated...it takes 2 hrs and 50 min. For a normal cycle which seems very long to me. There are shorter options but i never feel like they are as clean. I have not had it for a quarter yet so I am unable to tell if our water bill has increased since the purchace. Overall though it does an A+ job.

for a long time I suffered from the enormous expense of water and excessive energy consumption in the use of this equipment. When I reviewed these new features, especially the noise level, and the self-opening door to improve the drying, that made me very happy, I used to spend 60 gallons on each scrub, now just a few gallons, now I scrub twice a day without fear of paying more.

We purchased this model on sale at best buy, when we needed to replace our old machine. We have consistently bought Samsung at best buy and been very pleased. We love the simple and elegant external design and the interior in stainless steel is much better at resisting rust. The turbo cleaner works great. Cleans quietly and spotlessly. We are 110% satisfied with our purchase.

Very quiet and easy to load and unload. Stainlless interior, easy to clean. Front is completely flat, which makes it much easier for me to get around my kitchen in my wheelchair. Also love the storm washer feature that really gets casserole dishes clean.

We didn’t want to spend a ton of money on a dishwasher so this was about the top of our price range and we couldn’t be happier with it. It is amazingly quiet, the controls are easy to use, and it cleans the dishes excellent. We haven’t had any issues with staining or stuck on food or anything and we don’t mess with prewashing in the sink they just get whatever is left dumped in the garbage and then go right in the dishwasher. Another thing I like about it is the adjustable height top rack so it allows you to fit larger pans or cookie sheets in the bottom better by adjusting the top up higher. The only thing I can’t speak about is longevity because we’ve only had it about a month but otherwise we’re very happy with it.

I buy my dishwasher and we installed right away was working perfectly i usually used every other day, yesterday i ty to turn on and no turn i check everything like they said in internet i leave the bracket off all night and turn back on in the morning and still nothing, so i call customer service and bcoz we installed they said i need to call a professional for give me a paper said is not working after that maybe i can call again, like i said is Not turn on , i told her no matter how is installed should be turn on and said any code, here we need to take a permit from the city to someone to come and installs cost that $150, plus we need to pay the electrician too for check the electrical, and the person to install so we r talking around $500 so the same price that cost new , so please NO BUY this mode i been doing some search and this model has TONS OF COMPLAINTS about this happening so often. Just i can tell u about my experience and how impotent i fell about it, I can’t do nothing just buy a new one and no samsung, i have before bosh and works for many years good.

Got a full suite of Samsung in new house we bought a few months ago (not purchased from Best Buy but want to put the word out...Best Buy is awesome always!)...the applicants are partly the reason we bought the house...then 2 weeks in, we noticed a sewer smell In the kitchen from the dishwasher, so thought “oh yeah maybe I didn’t run the cycle hot enough or full cycle or something”. Wrong...we either have to run it every single day or the awful smell returns. I did some digging and apparently there’s a lot (30 pages worth of blog on the Samsung site on a single post) specifically about this issue. I checked all the things people suggested, from the drain hose to sanitizer cycles to double checking my sink drain (FYI sink doesn’t smell). Turns out there’s an issue with food and grease not getting flushed out of the system completely. Some folks reported taking off the bottom screen and seeing nasty water sitting there after a cycle. I will be returning my appliance before warranty is up and now I am looking for anything not good with the rest of the appliances so I can return them all. It’s a shame because I was really excited to finally have a full Samsung kitchen. Pretty ridiculous that it cleans good and is pretty dang quiet too, but then smells like sewer in 24-48 hrs.

Quiet, easy to operate, controls out of sight, good outcome.

This is the first time I bought a major appliance without seeing it in person. Turned out to be a great dishwasher. Nice looking exterior and tub. Like the controls on top of the door very much. They are quite visible and easy to operate. The dishes come out sparkling clean. This turned out to be an excellent purchase. It was an easy on line purchase with just a couple of clicks. The Samsung has an excellent looking stainless exterior. The door opening at the end is a great feature. It eliminates the condensation on the interior items, this was a problem with are old dishwasher. The StormWash is an excellent feature for extra soiled pots and pans. So far this is the nicest dishwasher I ever owned.

Nice looking black stainless steel. Adjustable racks, pretty quiet. The wash cycles are long- 3 hours. It does a good job washing the dishes. The door opens at the end to help the dishes dry. When it does that, hot steam exits and rises up hits the edge of my counter. It includes a silver tape that I assume is suppose to protect your countertops. I am concerned that the moisture will eventually damage my laminate countertop.

This dishwasher performs well. It is super quiet. It fit perfectly flush, allowing a drawer to adequately clear the space in front of it in my kitchen. It's exceptionally clean front gives it a very stylish appearance and, more importantly, does not call attention to itself with fussy controls or labels. It's a dishwasher - who wants to really notice it? It would blend in in ANY kitchen. It cleans exceptionally well but is also gentle - I've had other dishwashers that were rough on some items. I wouldn't put fine china or crystal in a dishwasher anyway, but novelty mugs shouldn't loose their designs or stoneware become dull. This dishwasher doesn't do that. Great buy - would highly recommend.
