I like that the door pops open during the drying cycle however, it does leave a lot of water marks on plastic such as tupperware or shaker cups.

Seriously, this thing rocks after our 11 year old one started dumping water out the bottom. It is super quiet. We were apprehensive about the air drying versus a heating element, but it was a non-issue. The dishes come out dry. The color is wonderful with the black graphite

It involved the insulation on the very back of the unit that was preventing a flush installation. It appeared to be for packing purposes only, but I was not sure. I called the tech support number provided with the instructions and had the absolute W@ORST TECH SUPPOR!T experience that I have ever had. The Korean speaker I reached was worse than useless. I became so frustrated, I hung up on his worthless support. His English was way worse than my Korean. (I don't speak Korean). I finished the install myself, but I am glad I bought the extended warranty from Best Buy. Let them deal with any future problems needing support. That being said, the unit does a great, quiet job of cleaning the dishes.

Leaves our dishes spotless. Very quiet. We can hardly hear it when it is running. Samsung quality. I would highly recommend this dishwasher. Installer did a great job. Even discovered a leaking faucet that had gone unnoticed. Very pleased with the service we received.

To echo what people said the bottom rack does fall out easily but for the price it isn't that much of a hassle. The music when done is a little annoying and the fact it pops open but all livable issues
