Last time it took them a month to replace the part, otherwise I wonder how many more times it would have burned out in this time. Terrible quality. Too bad I can't return my whole kitchen of roughly $8,000 of Samsung products, nothing but trouble. My range, and fridge have been equally unreliable.

Quiet Samsung dishwasher.

I love that the door opens at the end for air drying. I do not even need to towel dry plastic. You can push the start buttons before closing the door because the controls are close to the counter top when the door is closed.

Do not know yet if I can adjust the top rack up higher. But the top shelf was a nice surprise.

For The First Time Ever My Crystal Comes Out Clear

It has three shelves which I enjoy, but the thing I like the most are the Storm and Sanitizer features which cause my dishes to come out clean and dry without spots. The shelves are tall enough for my Waterford crystal wine glasses and they come out sparkling! I highly recommend this dishwasher. It was perfectly installed and I am so happy with it.

It doesn't have a heater for drying but it pops open when the cycle is finished to allow the air to dry whatever the condensation heat from the cycle didn't get. Plastics and the upright part of cups and glasses still will have some water on them but I just dab them with a towel. It cleans fantastic!
