So far, only two weeks, my experience has been good. The user interface takes some learning and I'm experimenting with getting it to clean well. much better than prior DW.

I would recommend it. Super easy install and amazingly quiet. The only problem with it is the sacrifice on space with the top level. Worth it for me but might not be for others.

very quiet cleans great and everything comes out dry

We went from a 15 year old dishwasher to this and it was a huge upgrade. The dishwasher is so quiet that I can’t tell it’s even running whereas our old one sounded like a jet engine. We’re about 2 months in and we haven’t had any problems with ours and are pretty happy with it so far.

Wow, this thing is quiet!! It looks great and cleans well. The only issue I have with it is that it has a solid bottom and does not easily allow for running water or power lines across the bottom. Plus with the solid bottom I won’t know if the thing leaks like my previous Kitchenaid did until it’s too late.

Wow, I am very impressed by this dishwasher! My family has had terrible luck with dishwashers breaking down, and this one's going on 3 months strong with no problems...the top rack is really convenient for silverware and the bottom two racks are very spacious. It cleans efficiently and even plays a cute little song when it's done

Quiet and a sure clean. Buy the rinse/drying agent.

It looks nice & it's quiet. I like the stainless steel tub & different options. It takes getting used to how the dishes fit in it but very nice overall. I like the sleek look.

The first one leaked on the floor and the dishwasher stopped and gave an error message... nice feature, the second one arrived and no issues... I only bought it because I got a discount by buying 4 Samsung appliances not as good as a Bosch dishwasher but marginal. We rinse the food off only because a quick cycle won’t do it but on the heavy cycle everything pretty well comes clean.

Works well, I really like the small rack up top for small items. Makes it easy to fit long and thin items that otherwise just take up space in the larger racks.

This dishwasher is so much quieter than my old one I had to check to make sure it was running. I like that the control buttons are out of view, and it has a musical tune that plays when the cycle is over. I was surprised when the door popped open for the drying cycle, but it's very effective.

Put dirty dishes in, turn it on, take clean dishes out when cycle is complete. Does what a dishwasher should do.

Less than 1 year , I’m getting Error code LC, call Samsung customer service and they tell me to leave the dishwasher door open with a fan on for a few hours , we also try all the troubleshooting and still nothing , there’s no leak going on. They tell me warranty doesn’t cover for a technician to come out and to fix the dishwasher, then what’s the point of me paying for a warranty. First and last time I would give Samsung my business , I should’ve stayed with my old G&E never gave me a issue.

I have been through 8 units at various properties over the past decade and this has far exceeded the performance of all the previous. Dries better than every previous model, cleans perfectly and has numerous adjustments to the racks, all 3 of them! No concerns at this point, you should love it to.

Very quite, love 3 racks and automatic door open..

I like the option for the third rack but I can't fit my taller glasses so I had to remove it. Even adjusting the rack didn't help because then it was hitting my plates.

This Samsung dishwasher is so quiet that I have to look at the control panel lights to see if it is running.

We loved the space in our new dishwasher, I noticed a smell immediately, that evidently is because it seals so well, there is always a damp stink in the dishwasher. I don't like to leave the door open as suggested. Our bigger problem was after 3 months of using the dishwasher (I wash every few days) we had an LC code and Samsung couldn't repair. They did refund for a new dishwasher.
