Got this model to replace a 3 yr old Samsung that Geek Sq couldn’t fix. I really like the way it clean. Baked on marshmallows and brown sugar, cleaned perfect. The top row for serving utensils also came clean. I’m old school, it was hard not scrapping dishes but I’m sold.

This Samsung unit was replacing a 1995 Whirlpool unit that still worked, went to Stainless Steel in entire kitchen from black. It takes a long time to wash a load of dishes and they don't seem to get as clean as the old unit. I use the Finish powerball tablets and they left my dishes spot free in the old unit but the new unit spots up. Going to try adding Jet Dry. Thought the door popping open for energy conservation was nice, but it has a tendency to open way more than the 5" it says. Third rack is nice, but if you don't plan the load on the middle rack it wont clean the stuff on the top rack

We are very pleased with our new dishwasher! It was a return that was being sold open box. The dishwasher was priced very reasonable and we love the 3rd rack! Also, the employee who helped us was very helpful with answering all of our questions! Thanks BestBuy!!!!

Great dishwasher! Very quiet and does a good job of cleaning dishes. We weren’t sure about the pop open feature but we actually like it. Recommend!

Added this dishwasher to my renovated kitchen and what a great addition it was! Love this dishwasher and the only thing I have against it is that I can’t stack as tall as i could in my older one, which is not a problem and I make it work just fine. Would buy again!

I have another one of these dish washers in another house. As a result I did not want anything else. We love the way it cleans and drys. We especially love the auto door opening at the end of the drying cycle that ensures nothing is water spotted.

VERY pleasantly surprised. Love the versatility, and options for adjusting to fit the specific needs of the particular load of dishes. LOVE how quiet this is - you LITERALLY have to check to see if it is on after it goes through its initial startup.

4th dishwasher I’ve had, and I hope it lasts forever. It’s been a year since we bought it and we could not be more happy. We bought it specifically for the silverware tray and are pleased it works out the way we hoped. We group our implements, and they are really easy to grab an put in the drawer. Stacking the untensiles vertically prevents spoons from nesting and coming out dirty. About the only thing I’ve noticed is if you have a full tray of silverware it’s best to run a heavy load cycle. It is also almost silent, except for water changes. Best Buy was also great to work with, and we always look there for a few months before we look elsewhere. The people seem to know the product and don’t hustle you.

I just got this and have run a few cycles now and it's so great! It's very quiet! The door pops open at the end of the cycle so that's nice. Has a lot of different settings including a sanitize one. The top rack for utensils is great, may be my favorite feature.

This dishwasher does everything! A small flat upper level tray holds silverware and large cooking utensils. The middle rack for glasses and bowls can be raised or lowered, depending on oversized items...which is very convenient. The lower rack has a special "storm wash" corner for the baked on foods in pans or baking dishes. I have trusted this new dishwasher to get everything CLEAN without my having to pre-wash dishes, and BELIEVE ME, everything comes out sparkling clean! Leave food residue on the plates and silverware (scrape away bits and chunks), use powder detergent, and everything comes out CLEAN with no residue. There is a screen filter in the front bottom of the dishwasher that is easy to remove to rinse off the "scum" that collects...BEST dishwasher I have ever used.

Bought this to match my other appliances. Black stainless doesn't show fingerprints. Lots of programs for efficient dish washing large and small loads. I love the 3rd rack, especially good for long knives and kitchen utensils. Silverware rack prevents nesting.

Great dishwasher! Extremely quiet. My only complaint is the delivery and installation. The third party Best Buy used was horrible.

We're in the process of remodelling our kitchen and have not yet installed the dishwsher.

Very quiet. Needs a rinse aid or it leaves a residue on plastics. Pops open when it is finished to aid in air drying...took some getting used to.

first time we tried it we asked ourselves "is this really on?". very quiet and efficient.

Warning - this dishwasher should have been recalled by Samsung. It has a major electronic misfunction that renders the dishwasher useless. It has a leakage controll issue that flashes LC or LE - fwhen this happens the dishwasher will not stop running and their is no way to shut it down unless you turn off the circuit breaker and turn the water off. This is the second one that I purchased and they both had the exact same issue. Samsung denies that there is a defect but if you look on the web there are 100s of question by consumer on how to fix the issue. And the only fix is to replace the unit - good luck if you buy this - you may be out of a dishwasher for a month.

Had to open the door to make sure it was on!.very quiet. Cleans great. Easy-to-use.

I love the dishwasher - there is no 'dryer' element, so make sure you use jet-dry or some drying agent ... if you use those, it drys perfectly
