Read many reviews before getting this dishwasher. It is so awesome & quiet. Love the touch buttons & black stainless is sleek. I like the fact that it opens & plays a song when done. The top 3rd rack is genius because it’s easy to load spoons & forks & makes it fun to unload, you don’t have to bend over! There is an issue of the flap at the bottom that I haven’t had time to figure out how to fix.. that’s why i gave this only 4 stars.. This Samsung is amazing & I got it with free install from Best Buy. Thumbs up!

I was skeptical that the lack of a heating coil would not dry dishes well. I was wrong, works terrific. Very impressed with this machine. The size opening needed is wrongly displayed at best buy. It fits a much lower cabinet height than stated.

The dishwasher has been awesome. Very quiet so you can focus in on other things!!

Been a Bosch owner for years. But the Samsung Is a much better Washer and Dryer

This is an impressive dishwasher. It is very quiet. I like the fact that you can wash the dishes in only an hour (if you choose to). Sanitizing the dishes after washing is a great option. Its black stainless steel finish is a great accent to our white kitchen.

I was so excited when I purchased this dishwasher. It's extremely quiet. However, I have had Best buy service technicians come out three times to try to repair this unit. It always gives the leak error and stops working. There is a constant smell of stagnant water and now it won't drain. I've had to shop vac the water out. I've tried all of the recommended suggestions time and time again and it keeps failing. Now I'm told by Best Buy it's out of their protection plan so I'm on my own. But the problem was never resolved. It wasn't a cheap dishwasher and I didn't think that I would be out of my money after only a few years of purchasing a major appliance that has constantly had the same issues. My mind and my pockets are extremely disappointed.

Have not had a chance yet to run a full load, but so far so good. Looks good.

This is so quiet I have to make sure it's on. It looks great too. I love the shelf on top for knives and I also put lids on there.

this dishwasher looks great. really like the storm wash feature and the auto release door to improve drying. only problem i can find is that i wish the bottom rack tines were slightly further apart to help with loading pots and pans but it's not too bad.

Pros: Looks great 3rd rack is surprisingly useful Cleans dishes, glasses, etc. well. Door open feature when cycle completes is nice Cons: FINGERPRINTS! Actually had to read the manual to figure out everything it does (you should do that anyway)

I don’t think I could see myself paying full price for this item. We have had it less then a year and had to have it serviced already. We got this for a discounted price because it was a previous years model, because of that I feel it was well worth the price. The racks feel a little cheaper then some other brands and I can’t the if the “storm wash” section makes much of a difference. Overall it does the job decently. At least since we had it serviced.

Dishwasher does it job. However seems to always have a smell inside unlike the dishwasher it replaced which has no smell

Dishwasher is so quiet you forget it’s on. I have found that I thought it was set up but it wasn’t, so double check.

This set works better than my previous set, cleans things well and very quiet.

I bought this unit as part of a package for my kitchen. The one I bought has the third rack on top for small things. I like this for my plastic container tops. Not so happy with the spots on everything, however. As long as you keep rinse agent in it at all times, it does fairly well at keeping spots at bay. My old machine never needed it, so I am not sure why this one does. Cycles are also really long - 2 plus hours, and it still won't clean off dried on foods. The rack design is also flawed - dishes are placed at a really weird angle going in, and the bottom one does slip off the track sometimes as others have complained about. In addition, did I mention that I am still waiting on the rebate check from Samsung for buying a package deal that I was promised almost a year ago! I have emailed incessantly, and still have never received it. Worst customer service ever. This is combined with the fact that I just had my nine month old refer/freezer unit replaced because the ice maker never worked. I won’t be buying ANYTHING from Samsung ever again.

Very elegant dishwasher with good functionality. Will recommend to others

This was a floor model/open box buy. Dishwasher was easy to install and it’s super quiet. The only thing that took some getting used to is the unit opens the door at the end of the cycle. So glad I found this

Much quieter than my old dishwasher and seems to clean much better also.
