I’ve had 4 dishwashers in my lifetime. Purchased this in February of this year. There is nothing good I can say about it. It doesn’t rinse well, leaves a soap film even on the stainless tub. I use a rinsing agent. I’ve had repair out twice for the overflow sensor. Which triggers even when I’m not using it. Worse investment of my life. I will never buy Samsung again. The frustration!

When the salesman told me there was a small LED light to indicate the machine was on... I thought nothing is that quiet. I was wrong. I have had nice dishwashers over the years this one .. the best.

This dishwasher works really good, we use it daily normally before we go to bed. Dishes always come out clean. We bought this to match with the rest of our Samsung appliance and glad we did. Don't hesitate and buy this one!

Love this dishwasher. Dishes come out perfect! The third rack is great for those long utensils that don't fit in the silverware basket. You pay a premium for the black stainless but the look of it is very upscale and sophisticated.

Have only had this one day and haven’t ran a load yet...but it looks great in the kitchen!

Good machine, but already had to call Geek Squad for service and now waiting on a part.

It is pretty quiet. I love you can adjust it. I do not like that the door opens when dishes are done.

Our dishwasher has a rubber flap hanging from the door not sure why its there. Do like the way it cleans though.

I'm not sure what was wrong here but some pieces were cut off the sides to make it fit in a spot a dishwasher just came out of. I wish it were a little bit more forward. It has a lot of nice features, but like most new dishwashers, it has no heating coil. I am not a fan of the air drying system. I will say I recommend it because most dishwashers have changed to this, but I would rather buy a dishwasher that had the heat in it.

Initially ordered 1st dishwasher from a picture and it was not the one I wanted. The dishwasher I received was disappointing. The dishes and pans are hard to fit, it retain an awful odor and dishes don’t dry well. I really expected more from Samsung. Unfortunately, all my appliances in my kitchen remodel were replaced with Samsung products.

I do not use it all the time but when I do It works great.

This is a good product and I find it washes and dries the dishes and glass ware adequately and without spots.

I purchased this Dishwasher based on the recommendation of my Sales Associate, Brett, from the Best Buy Pacific Kitchen & Home | Braintree, MA #530. He was SO helpful, even with troubleshooting and delivery after the sale. I ran the dishwasher successfully about 3-4 washes, but then I found it wasn't filling with water, and was making a grinding noise. Best Buy completely replaced the unit with a new one, and the new one is working great!

I live this dishwasher. It has a lot of great features.

Takes some getting use to with no heating element. But dishes are clean and do still come out dry.

Excellent at cleaning. My wife thinks the shelves seem a little flimsy and they don't seem to roll smoothly.

Best dishwasher for the price. Really quiet unit, multiple settings. Most units in this price range had well over 50db - this has 45. It makes a difference.

While the dish washer is not absolutely silent, there have been times where I cannot hear it going until I lay attention, so that’s good enough for me. Dishes come out clean which is the most important thing.

Great dishwasher with third rack. Do not block soap dispenser or soap does not dissolve.

I have tested this dishwasher with rinsed dishes and "dirty, baked on" dishes and it gets the job done every time. Ensuring the rinse aid is in the dispenser greatly aids the drying and we have not had any problems.
