Great dishwasher, was extremely confused when I walked by it and saw it was open after the cycle but that's how it dries

After a month I realized that my previous dishwasher was a piece of junk! This Samsung is amazing and we are very pleased with it.

We have only one small complaint about this machine. Rinse aid is definitely required where we live. The rinse aid dispenser shows it is still full yet when dishes are spotty, I add rinse aid and always use the full bottle. I still have the habit of rinsing dishes before loading while hubby does not. Even though we only run the machine once a week, everything is always perfectly clean. Now to break that pre-rinsing habit!

This is the best dishwasher we have ever had. Very quiet clean as well. Does exactly what it supposed to do.

Third rack is great for longer and sharper items and keeping away from children running around and trying to help load/unload!

I recently purchased this dishwasher as part of an kitchen appliance bundle during black Friday sales. I don't get too excited about a dishwasher but I have been impressed with this one. It pretty quite and the way to stack dishes is nice compared to my last dishwasher. I really like the look of the bundle also, but that is pretty subjective. The dishwasher is very good for the price and I saved quite a bit of money because of Best Buy's competitive prices and incentives.

Love the anti fingerprint exterior, so quiet when running, don’t even know it running when in the same room!

Dont use dishwasher often, but when I have this one is very quiet, you dont even know its running unless you are right at it

Works so much better then my Maytag that died after 4 years. The 3rd rack is a wonderful add.

I replaced a "Contractor Grade" GE dishwasher with this unit. Fairly easy install (I did it myself) other than a different diameter drain hose, easily fixed. Buy the install kit - it'll save you hassles. Now that it's installed, it's amazingly quiet. After the freight train noise from the old unit, this one is sometimes hard to hear that it's running. Cleans well, easy to operate. Very very happy with this unit.

The Samsung dishwasher is soooo quiet we can actually sit and enjoy a conversation in the same room. The black stainless is gorgeous.

Washes excellently, dries great, love how the door pops open when it's done, and love the extra rack on top.

Plenty of extras in this dishwasher, third rack is a very nice feature when sorting and maximizing space for dishes

The three rack are great and the metal internal is good unlike plastic that becomes grey from white after use

This looks really nice and great. However the “middle rack” doesn’t stay locked on its heightened adjustment. Constantly falls even when there’s nothing in the dishwasher. Other than that, very quiet and nice.

I've had it for only two weeks and I'm pleased with how well it works. The dishes are spotless. So far so good.

must use finisher agent with cascade pods for best result and best clean

Easy to use and seems to be very reliable. The maintenance plan means I don’t have to worry about it breaking!
