we got a lemon!

In the 2.5 years that we have owned it the motherboard has died 3 times. We had the geek squad come and repair it each time. After it was last repaired, we used it a few more times. Now it's not working. The Geek squad tells us, the extended service we had paid for was discontinued, apparently we exceeded the repairs costs.

I like the fact that I can do small loads or just rinse the dishes and NOT have to run it for over 2 hours. It's just my husband and I, so it takes a few days to get enough dishes to warrant a small load. The quietness is just a bonus to us.

It's also quiet. The dry cycle utilizes an air flow that releases the door latch and it pops open to aid in drying. I think it's neat but some in the house think it's weird. I'd argue it's efficient and economical.
