I am very happy with how quiet it is when running. My only negative would be the middle rack. The cup sizes are not quite right. But overall I love it.

I have been so pleased with this dishwasher. One thing that I do wish was a little different would be to have the top (third) utensils rack a little lower so that there was higher clearance between the rack and the top of the dishwasher. However, overall very happy with it.

My washer is very quiet.I get surprised by the door opening on completion. I like the silverware platform. I’d purchase this again.

I like the silverware rack on the top but still haven't figured out how to fix all the racks in the bottom half of this model.

We replaced all of our major kitchen appliances at once with Samsung appliances. Other than a need to have the locking mechanism replaced within the first couple of weeks after purchase this dishwasher has been flawless.

If I could purchase another one I would pick a different brand lol. No matter what is done, it grows a stench from time to time that is simply putrid. Cleaners, nothing works it still comes back from time to time and the drain is installed as per specs.

Worked fine for 2 weeks we started to see water on the floor, ( I got yelled at for making a mess by the wife) then the washer stopped working code Lc. had service come out, he laid the washer on its side, and ran it while it was on its side, he said no leaks, alls good. so he put washer back in and said we used to much soap. 2 washes later it broke again. No one will come out from best buy or Samsung because the repair man said it wasn’t leaking.. how the heck is it going to leak when it’s being run while it’s side. Code keeps coming up “LC” leak.. what a waist if money.. very disappointed that we have to pay out of pocket to fix it when it’s not even 2 months old

The product is excellent, this is my first time using a dishwasher, I’m so in love with the product, looking at the interior, so smooth! I’m totally done washing dishes and fixing my kids to do it, Samsung dishwasher is great!

Love the third rack. It's so quiet you have to see if the light is on to know that it's actually running. The dishes are actually DRY when you go to empty it. It automatically pops open when it's done but you can override that if you don't want it to open.

We especially like the ability to put lots of plates in the dishwasher. Also, the auto opening door to help finish the drying cycle.

Easy install easy to operate only weird thing is the door pops open at end of cycle. Definitely scared me at first when I heard a pop and looked up to see smoke from kitchen to realize it was only steam from dishwasher

I wanted a quiet dishwasher over what I had and boy did I get it. You have to be right around the machine to know its in operation. Cleans well, does a good job drying and cleans a lot quicker than my old one. Looks great - works great. No complaints here!

So far great unit an love extra top shelf and adjustable middle shelf. Just wish the child lock could like door as well as controls.

I don't believe in dishwashers since they don't typically actually wash dishes. This appliance work well for what it is.

You can not even tell when this dishwasher is running it’s so quiet and does an amazing job getting the dishes clean.

I purchased this during Best Buy’s recent appliance sale and couldn’t be happier with the product received for the price!

This is a great dishwasher. Very quiet. The only thing I don't like is the racks to hold stuff are very odd.

I have only used this product there times before the water pump went out on it. I do have a new one coming however its not due to arrive for a few more days. When everything was working as it should we were very pleased and that's why I'm giving it another try. My fingers are crossed that this next one we get we don't have any issues with. Here is to second chances.

I know Samsung isn't exactly known for their dishwashers, but we wanted the black stainless steel they have as I think it's the nicest one, plus we got the Family Hub smart fridge. Got the warranty on this on for sure just inc ase.

Really happy with this dishwasher. The 3rd rack is nice to utensils. I like that the door pops open after the cycle is done to help with drying. It also helps remind me if we ran the dishwasher the night before.
