The dishwasher worked great for the less than 24 months that I had it. Then the pump / motor broke down and would cost $500+ to repair it. Not worth it ... might as well buy a new washer.

Itr was noisy starting up and running for a while, then after the wash cycle the door opens automatically letting bugs get into the washer. I tried to follow the instructions to disarm the auto door function, but it didn't work. Not only all that, but some of the dishes and almost all the knives needed to be washed again by hand. This dishwasher was twice the price of the most expensive dishwasher I ever had over my 50 or so years, but didn't work as well as any of them.

We can not stand this dishwasher... Started off fine....the "black stainless" is a coating.... And it peals........ But wait, theres more...... this thing stinks to high heaven. If you open the door ask the way, there is a crevasse at the bottom on the inside that gets filled with gunk... I try cleaning it (it's hard to clean out due to lack of access) and I'm able to wipe out this black nasty crud. I'll clean it the best I can, run it on sanitize mode and still stinks.. I will never buy samsung appliances again.

Dish washer worked ok. But if you shut the door less than a day or so after the wash is complete, it stinks like straight mildew. And 3 weeks kater, the door would no longer shut!

Dishes come out wet and smells very damp. I’ve had to run 2 cycles many times on 1 load of dishes, mind you the cycles take 3 hours to complete. Don’t waste ur money

It worked for three years until the extended warranty expired... now it has a LC error code (leaking sensor) and not a single drop of water is viewable outside the unit...

I am giving 2 stars because it worked well for the 22 months I had it. It started showing a code LC and after it went for the repair, it was did not worth to fix it. We had to buy another one.

After using it for a few the Sensor in the bottom of the dishwasher will detect moisture and go in a mode where you cannot use it at all have to unplug it for a little bit plug it back in then it'll work fine

After owning this for almost 3 years there are streaks of rust color that can not be removed by cleaning. So disappointed in the exterior. I gave it a two star because it works fine. Whatev

This dishwasher does not dry dishes and does a very mediocre job of cleaning them. It actually opens on its own at the end of the rinse cycle to aid drying, which I I said it does a horrible job doing. Whoever thought that having the dishwasher opening automatically must not have little kids. This gives them access to sharp items that could be in the dishwasher and subjects them to the large amount of steam that exists the dishwasher when it opens. The steam does hit my ceiling every time the washer opens as well. I smell a recall or lawsuit.

So, I decided to get a new dishwasher because we have an old 10+ year cheap whirlpool dishwasher that wasn't working too great. I have so many dishes that are still so dirty. Not fully dried. And I use rinse aid but the dishes have white on them from the water and the lack of a good wash/dry. This dishwasher is horrible! I really wish I had never Bought it. the 14 day return policy isn't enough to really know how good the product works. I also had to go out of town for work during those 14 days so I didn't get a chance to return it so I'm now stuck with it. Kinda wish I had my old dishwasher as it literally worked twice as good.

Does not work and not a year old. Thankful for warranty but completely frustrated that a glitch with no solution. A drop of water and sensors wont proceed to cycle

We were hopeful that this would be a good replacement for our dishwasher that finally died. After using it a couple of weeks, we decided it did not clean as well as our old one. We have to carefully rinse each dish otherwise there was always residue somewhere in the dishwasher. Now, having had this one for about 5 weeks, it has totally died. It won't work at all. Going to have to contact Best Buy and figure out how to get it repaired or replaced. Such a pain.

Racks are too small. When using the top rack at its low setting the spinner below hits the plates. When it is at its upper setting the upper rack items hit the silverware rack. Useless configuration

The black stainless steel paint is chipping off. Not work the extra $$ for black stainless steel color.

After a year and a half our dishwasher just stopped working. Will cost $500 to fix. NEVER buying Samsung again unless it’s a TV.

We had this installed on January 3rd. It worked well for 2 weeks and stopped. I googled the error code Lc that I was receiving only to find hundreds of the same complaint. Also beware that Best Buy only allows 2 weeks to return your product. They offered to have someone out to fix it but you should not need service for a new appliance. I complained to a manager and was allowed to exchange for a different model as an exception. Buyer beware of this model!

It worked for 11 month and died Called Samsung on the day when warranty expired and they refused to help .

Super quiet however it doesn’t not allow for regular sized plates to stand up. Huge flaw. Would not recommend this.

Garbage, just over a year and already broke down. Will just buy a new one and it won't be a Samsung.
