After one day the unit is not working and has to be replaced and will take over a week to get a new one. Not happy at all

The dishwasher failed after three washes in two years. We didn't use it much because of Covid that caused us to not be able to have guests over. But the dishwasher was dead on the fourth wash. It showed no life at all. No lights upon opening the door and water was sitting at the bottom of the washer. The last wash, the third wash, ended without any sign of a problem. There was power to the washer, but it did nothing.

I shouldn't have to dry my dishes. Yes sometimes certain types of dishes or bowls get that little extra water but this dishwasher leaves everything wet like it didn't even try to dry. I know things today are eco friendly but this is ridiculous. I am so unhappy with this dishwasher, if I could swap it out with a different I would. I'm done trying different settings to see if it can dry better. I DO NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE NO MATTER WHAT PRICE IT IS.

My first time using it and it ran for 6hrs trying to drain itself. I opened the door and it just kept running the drain pump but there wasnt any water. Display showed a fault code LC and basically it indicates that all the internal electronics got wet and is a common problem bad discharge pump. I did research and my mind got made up quickly to return it as i only owned it for 5 days. Exchanged it plus had to put in extra money and moved up to the top of the line Bosch 800. Best Buy was truly great with the exchange process

I have had this less than a year and fixing to have a second repair. It takes forever to wash and making a loud noise

Do not buy. Stopped cleaning after 2 years, and broke in 3 years.

This dishwasher seems to wash good. However my initial one gave an error and we had to have it replaced. I recommend getting the extended warranty!!

This product holds less dishes than other models we have had from Samsung. Very disappointed with this. There is also not enough height on the Bottom rack to hold my plates. They get caught on the spinner. This also did not happen with a previous dishwasher we had from Samsung. They obviously changed their design and i would not recommend this product.

Samsung is maybe good for their tv but definitely not kitchen appliances. I purchased everything from samsung fridge, washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove(which already broke). Everything comes out dirty especially things u put far back. Rack height is so small & big things doesnt fit. Oven broke couple months ago, and now my dishwasher doing funny noise too and its not even a year old!!!

I like the 3 tier trays, but am unimpressed with the quality of washing, which is the main point, right? It's also quietly not cleaning my dishes.

best buy installed dish washer and after they left we noticed a ugly black rubber flap hanging down from the bottom of dishwasher, we found out it is not supposed to hang down and that it is part of noise suppression. and something else we didn't know, when dishwasher is done and is in drying mode the door opens and hangs half way to the floor. the first night I walked into kitchen to get something to drink and walked right into door, thanks Samsung for the bruises.

Bought this dishwasher and had installed professionally through Best Buy. Within 2 weeks, it was completely dead. No power, no response. Got a replacement computer control panel, worked for about 5 days, then dead again. Samsung is junk. Exchanging for Bosch or LG.

I highly recommend this dishwasher. We had purchased the next step down (DW80F600UT) back in November and were massively disappointed. Due to a kitchen remodel we replaced that with this and have been amazed. Ultra quiet, cleans extremely well, and has the upper rack to boot. It also has the improved drain/filter system than the next step down, something that I've always hated. My only con is that fact that some of the lower rack dish tines can fall down easily and we had to use a tie wrap to fasten them in place which is trivial in my mind. Spend the extra money, you're going to live with a dishwasher for 10-15-20 years, you will not regret this purchase.

It stopped working in 2.5years. Had Geek squad come out and they charged $50 for doing nothing...its extra if they have to pull the dishwasher out to look at it...its extra if they have to do anything. The $50 is just for them to arrive at the house.

Multiple service calls failed to correct the error code. Dishwasher would not shut off or cycle and had to be turned off with the breaker. Even with the protection plans, they were out on successive weeks to no avail. Even when Best Buy finally agreed to replace this unit, we choose a different brand. One of several Samsung appliances we had trouble with.

This is the worst dishwasher I have ever used in my life. It doesn't have any room. The worst part about it is the bottom rack doesn't slide in and out smoothly. Finally, I had to call it in. It was a faulty liner and there is no way to fix it. I am awaiting a replacement. If only I could just get a completely different one, that would be best. This one is horrible.

Piece of junk do not buy! Mine didn’t even last six months and the Control panel went bad and I barely even used it,maybe once every two weeks. does not dry the dishes. This is a known problem if you search on the Internet. The only nice thing is that when I called them they just told me to return it back to the store for store credit from where I purchased it

The black stainless steel finish peels and scratches in the places where pieces of the film are connected (handles, edges) and scratches extremely easily. There is no way to repair or cover it. So you are stuck paying a lot of money for new appliances that end up looking horrible within 1-2 years.
