Bought this dishwasher to compliment the rest of my kitchen and it did. Until it was time to use it. My first time trying to use it, it did not work. So I called and had it serviced, since the first time it’s been 3 more times after that. The dishwasher still doesn’t work by far the worst choice I made out of all the appliances I’ve purchased for my home.

I had to call on this product because it was not working/ wouldn't dry ... they came out to fix still not working. We returned and got a Bosch which I am very happy with. I liked my original purchase because of the looks but I do want my dish washer to work and last a long time It could have just been a lemon ... who knows

Do not buy. I have owned this for 5 months and here we are...again. Simply Google “LC” Error Code. Total nightmare product that leaks and then can’t be reset. I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. I had to return a refrigerator a few years ago and should have learned my lesson. Samsung products are garbage.

This is a really nice unit, but the dishwasher is too small for our plates.

This item never worked correctly. We had repair people to our house several times. It was never repaired correctly and Geek Squad was not helpful in providing an adequate solution even though we paid for their warranty.

This item was inoperable. It should have been tested before selling. Then when we returned it they wanted to give us a hard time... Nor did they honor the discount we got when we had to purchase a different item in its place! Absolute crap.

This is an awesome dishwasher but the black stainless steel coating is terrible! It's really nice to look at, but it scratches way too easily! The delivery guys scratched all 4 doors on our fridge just bringing it in the house. We returned it and are getting the same dishwasher in regular stainless steel.

I tried to wash the dishes after dinner, it is dead, not working, Just installed yesterday. even the insulation was not straight with the counter top, I did report it to best buy last night & this morning too. Waiting for call back. Bad experience.

Three weeks in and the control board seems to have died, requiring a service call and multiple days of downtime. Had the same problems with Whirlpool unit previously. Awaiting the final diagnosis and fix.

Installed in accordance with manual. Touchpad quit working in 9 days. Went through customer service to seek repairs and they resorted to generic troubleshooting sequence. Then implied that it was my responsibility if not installed correctly.

Very quite but bottom sliding tray always comes off track & gets stuck worst customer service ever from Samsung repair. I strongly do not recommend this appliance

I bought this washer open box from the store. Due to their negligence it was damaged to the point of being unrepairable. They refunded my money, but I would have much rather had my dishwasher

I have had nothing but trouble with this dishwasher since I have owned it. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Samsung appliances.

It was a nightmare... I had to exchange it like 5 times... many different reasons... After "it", works ok... nothing bad, nothing special...

This dishwasher is a real disappointment. It doesn't clean dishes or silverware well at all. I would not recommend to a friend.

Bought JUNE OF 2017. Fast forward to December 2018. Drain pump shot. Repairs 353 bucks. This cost 750 dollars. Will never buy from Best Buy again.

Junk didn't work...BB uninstalled the next day..keot gettiing errors. Do a Google search and see why...Purchased a Bosch instead from BB and no problems

Have to keep checking on it to make sure door is shut.. have to lift and wiggle top self in to make dish washer work ever time

Broke after 5 years and would cost more to fix than replace. Stay away from Samsung dishwashers!
