Good thing I purchased warranty but took over 1 month to get someone and parts here to fix. For what I paid for it....not worth the $ at all. This one should never even made it off the assembly line. Once fixed unit made all kinds of sounds and had lights that never even were there the day I brought home. Bought 4 appliances 18 months ago from Best Buy and so far two have broken down in that time!

Well, 8 months later our dishwasher will not power on. From researching the issue online, it seems that this is a common problem. Needless to say I am not happy with having to eat on paper plates while Samsung confirms that It is under warranty. (I was told it would be 24-48 hours for them to complete this confirmation) Then who knows how long it will be until a repair man will come out.

After three week wait, the replacement unit again had a damaged front! I had to call Geek Squad, then warehouse, wait 27 minutes, get cut off, call again, wait another 22 minutes, and schedule a third replacement. Another on line vendor sent me, without me asking, a $5 gift card for a one day delivery delay. Best Buy - lot's of work needed here.

Thank Godness we got the service contract, which is up 1/20 and that's when this goes to the dump. Many Many people have the same problem so don't be mislead by good ratings You have been warned.

I'm at home waiting for my 3rd replacement sump unit on my 18 month old dishwasher. At least the Leak Detection feature prevents water from ruining your floor and cabinets. Also saves money by not wasting electricity or water by running. Extended warranty is a must have with this one. The local Warranty Service technicians are very nice.

This time maybe the pump. Repairman said he sees a lot of failed Samsung control boards. DO NOT BUY! Also have a Samsung refrigerator. The digital screen has failed on it after less than 2 years. SAMSUNG IS JUNK.

It’s just cheap stickers, which is representative of the quality of this product. The bottom of this dishwasher also looks unfinished. I thought the installers had forgotten to put on a plate or something.

We just had the control board fixed on Friday afternoon here it is Saturday night and the same message LC ERROR CODE So this will be the 7 service call Do your self a favor and do not waste your time or money

Very small inside and awkward shelving design. I bought a Samsung on the recommendation of a guy at work and have regretted it every day. Wouldn't own a Samsung anything ever again total hunk of crap

Motherboard replacement, multiple LC (leak) errors that are sensor related. Samsung is not supporting or helping. I would not recommend this unit or brand.
