Thank you for purchasing the Samsung - SF350 Series S24F350FHN 24" LED FHD FreeSync Monitor.
Please know that this monitor does indeed tilt. It has a tilt range of -1° to +22°, as listed in the User Manual.
Place the monitor on a flat sturdy surface, hold the base down firmly with one hand, grasp the top center of the bezel with your other hand and push firmly and gently back.

The picture is fine and detailed for the resolution and price. If you want a decent monitor on your desk I say get this. If you plan to mount this, DO NOT GET IT. Samsung made it incredibly tedious and hard to mount this monitor. There is a part that sticks out and blocks most if not all mounting parts. To remove this part you must pry open the back of the unit and reveal the bare display, wiring, and components. Then you can remove the part needed, snap the back into place, and use the mounting pieces. There's NO WHERE explaining the process of removing this one piece in the manual so you have to rely on YouTube videos talking about it and that is simply unacceptable for any monitor.

If not on sale consider other options if budget is an issue. Only has one HDMI input and VGA input. Usb-c and USB ports are not available on this device.

The single button on the back to change settings is a bit of a pain, but once your settings are in place- it's done. It has dual inputs, so you have flexibility. It's 1080p, so it's fine for video playback- but it's definitely not for hardcore gamers. For productivity from your desktop- it fits the bill and it was on sale for $119.
