I did that a few times and got a message that the wait time would be very long. I finally just returned it and got another from Amazon that works fine.

However, if you are needing one to be mounted this is not for you. The bracket that mounts to the stand cannot be taken off without removing most of the frame (at least according to the internet). And it would void the warranty.
