Fine, But No Tilt

Didn't even realize you could buy a monitor without adjustable tilt.

I would choose another option even if it was priced a bit more. IT does the job for browsing and discord. DO NOT use this for gaming.

Monitor stand holes not truly VESA compliant

I intended to purchase a dual monitor stand, but alas all I can find are ones that support up to 100mmx100mm VESA compliant holes. The way the "built in" stand is configured the maximum connection plate you can use is 94mmx94mm. I can't even find a stand that is only 75mmx75mm (which this monitor requires). Not sure, but this monitor may be going back after the holidays.

Everything I want in a monitor except viewing angl

But my main negative is that you can’t angle the monitor. So I have to stick something under the stand to aim it toward my head. Otherwise the viewing angle is off.

Fine if going on a desk, horrible at anything else

Here’s the bad: - This isn’t a true 24” monitor, it’s 23.5”. I was getting these to run a triple monitor setup to line up with my nice center monitor which is a true 24”. - Doesn’t come with a DisplayPort input as advertised. - The stand mount doesn’t detach, making the VESA mounts completely useless. I could live with maybe one of these, but compromising so many points...these will be returned.

You can't tilt this monitor

Designed by an idiot

It comes with a wall mount plate, but in order to mount to the wall you have to first remove the stand. In order to remove the stand, you have to- no joke -totally disassemble the screen to access the internal screws that hold the stand in place so you can use the wall mount. What idiot designed this?

Not the best choice

I’ve had this monitor for almost 8 months. The screen started flickering on and off and I have black lines flickering across the screen. Just started out of nowhere. At this point, I’m looking to see if there’s a better monitor out there, since this is not height adjustable and it doesn’t tilt.

Horrible service from geek squad

Technician was a no-show on day, When I called geek squad day before and morning of they were unable to tell me that the tech and the part was not going to show. They advised standing by till 1 pm???? Gave up 1/2 day of work. Afterwards :Then told they are not able to order part. I asked to speak with senior customer service rep and was assured they would call? Still waiting. Did receive a call from a person who is in charge of service tech? still unresolved. Was asked to reschedule and now they are ordering part may come out end Of August.I requested once again for a senior customer service rep call "still waiting" I called initially beginning of July. Hope to have a tv that works (as I would have expected and paid for with extended warranty to include service). Covid 19 is not an excuse for poor customer service.....
