    Paid for a new monitor, but received an open box monitor, that missing the HDMI cable and had the warranty card filled out by the person who bought it more than a month ago.

    Poor placement for VESA mount

    The positioning of the holes for the VESA mount is too close to the connection for the stand. If you have a universal VESA bracket that supports both it will not fit and I am not sure that even one specifically designed for 75x75 would fit in the space provided. I am disappointed in Samsung for designing this so poorly.

    Enters sleep mode and cannot be awaken. I use for my home office and gaming and this keeps happening. Takes hours for the monitor to reset. From Samsung forums, a poor engineering choice was made to only awaken by mouse inputs. Samsung has really been dropping the ball with quality lately.

    this monitor freezes up its like a screen shot. it has not done this once it has froze up 4 times already. I would not purchase again

    Do not buy if you plan on using vesa mount

    If you plan on connecting to a VESA-standard compatible display mount, do not buy. The only way to connect is by cracking the casing around the monitor to remove the stand. Bought two of these. Cracked one and threw it away the same day. Returned the second.

    Worst monitor EVER

    I purchased one and it stopped working in 31 days. I got another and it took only 3 days to stop working. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY. If you do buy one make sure you purchase the Geek Squad protection because you're going to need it.

    i use this for word and text docs primarily, no gaming or graphic design work. The resolution is just poor. It works, but i wouldn't recommend.

    The website said the monitor comes with a DisplayPort input, but it does not. If you need a DisplayPort, you need to get the Samsung S27F358FW.

    Bought this by accident but here are my thoughts

    The monitor is very clear, crisp, and true-to-color, but the stand is incredibly wobbly, flimsy-feeling, and unstable. In addition, the monitor angle cannot be changed. On the bright side, it can be wall-mounted (since it doesn't come with speakers anyways) and it has a nice thin bevel around the screen with a pretty glossy, black finish. The power button is hard to find on the back and the same button is used as the directional arrows. On more than one occasion I've accidentally turned the screen off trying to change brightness or other settings. There are also plenty of other monitors from the same or other brands that offer the same specs/features or better in this price range, meaning you can get more bang for your buck elsewhere.

    Samsung you messed up with this one. Monitor failed in under 4 months. Bought in December and it won't turn on today (end of March).

    First of all if your buying a monitor for an Xbox or ps4 I do NOT recommend this one. It does not have audio.
