Sound+ soundbars are waste of money without this

Dont expect it to be Bose, but its decent enough

Great sub accompaniment for soundbar

Not really compatible with anything else and I certainly wouldn't rate it as amazing compared to something like svs but if you're getting the soundbar, get the sub.

Good Little Sub

I have it linked to my Samsung sound bar. In addition I purchased the wireless surround speakers which I am also quite happy with.

Good Sub

It makes a huge difference. Really great for music. It needs a bit more umph for movies to feel a little tumble.

Great addition to your sound system!

Not happy

I assume some components on the interior have rattled apart and it shorts out, and with a tap or bump to the top or sides will get it back working, sometimes for a while sometimes for a few minutes. Unfortunately due to my procrastination I’m out of warranty and BB can’t help me. $500 paper weight now.

Powerful only at max volume

Thank you for purchasing this Samsung SWA-W700 Wireless Subwoofer. I am sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with the sub-woofer sound performance.
As the subwoofer is designed to pick up and amplify the low frequency sounds (from the right/left speakers), for example, the rumbles of an explosion, you won’t always hear it working.
To test if the sub-woofer is working properly, we recommend you play a blu-ray or UHD DVD movie with plenty of explosions, and place your hand on the subwoofer. You should feel vibrations as the unit receives and transmits the incoming audio from the content.
Another good test is to play music content with deep bass via Bluetooth connection, as it is not dependent on “effects” decoding.
I hope these tips help to improve your audio experience with the system.

Oh what may have been

Product didn’t include the required dongle to connect to my Samsung sound bar +. Took it back to Best Buy and they said too bad, so sad and I returned it. New dongle from the internet was more than I paid for the speaker.

Couldn't use

Unfortunately, the Q60 is not one of them. Return went smoothly, no hassle whatsoever. Samsung offers subwoofers that pair up with the Q60, but none that have near the same low frequency capabilities as this one. Wish they did!
