I needed a remote. I am deployed - they sent a whole OTHER speaker when I just needed a remote - inside the speaker box- NOT the speaker that was shown on the box. So no speaker. No remote. Now I need to drive in snow 5 hours each way to drive to the store to return THEIR screw up. Returning both. Not happy with any of this.

You can adjust and optimize the sound mode depending on the mood of the party. Press the SOUND MODE button repeatedly to cycle through the available sound effects: PARTY, STANDARD, HIPHOP, EDM, ROCK, LATIN, HOUSE, or REGGAE. The default mode is PARTY.
You can also use the BASS button to boost your bass. Press it again to return to the normal sound.
Should you ever have any questions or concerns or need help with settings or features, please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for Soundbars), available 8AM -12AM EST, 7 days a week. Or text HELP to 62913.
