I debated whether to give this a 1 star or a 2. I decided on the latter. The sound from this is just ok. The bluetooth pairing is ABYSMAL. I would not suggest you use this for anything other than once in a while. Also, if you are a powerlifter and taller than 5'10" you might consider buying this. If you are shorter and not strong, don't even consider it. The thing is a BEAST. It stands more than 3 feet and weighs an ungawdly ton! This thing truly needs 2 people to move. My wife made me return it. She hated that it had to be repaired with any device many times and never seemed to remember the devices. She also hated that it weighed about as much as she did and she could not for anything on G-d's green earth move it even an inch. It's a big fat NO.

The speaker has a good sound but the reason i have the three stars was for the delivery the speaker looked like if it was a in display and i called best buy and they said it was new but the speaker did not look good but i didn't return it because it was i liked it but thats it.

It wasn't what I expected from Samsung I have the first system which is better on sound quality. The sound is not loud and I don't like where they put the plug at the button off speaker. Yes it is very heavy should have place wheels at the bottom.

Bought the Samsung wireless tower speaker back in January of 2021, we have enjoyed using it every weekend. Easy to pair the phone with and bluetooth distance I'm about 40 feet away and the signal is still good.

This is heavy and nice solid tower speaker. You would need someones help to take out carefully. Setup is so easy once it is out from the box, it would be super easy to set up, setup will be done within 5 mins for sure ! This one looks so nice and cool. The design of the tower speaker is so good, Even though it is heavy but looks slim and very attractive. You can keep next to TV. This will not take much of your floor space, I want to mention this because after seeing the box my wife said no... do not install :) it is big and takes more floor space, but after seeing it and installing it she said good and looks pretty. So do not worry about spacing thing. Bluetooth works just perfect, you can play songs from your phone. Nice placement of controls (Volume, On/Off, Bass, Pause/Play, Settings) probably the best design. Comes with remote, cord everything whatever needed. I used and tried almost all speakers from various brands, and i know each and every audio speakers, which one is good and what is not. BOSE is my favorite among all, the only reason is SOUND AND DIALOG clarity, I really love speakers which are good in sound and dialog clarity. I just want to talk about Samsung's direct competitor here, which is LG, In the same segment LG's tower speaker what i had before was good I remember it was filling my big size living room with fully of sound, but it lacks clarity in sound and dialog hence i ended up returning it, Nothing wrong and against of LG here because my TV is LG's top model :) it is just my opinion some people may like LG because of sound and bass in parties. Samsung improved a lot on sound and dialog clarity on the latest speakers, it was bad 3-4 years back now it is very good. I am really enjoying this tower speaker. I am very confident you will never regret, Just go for it. It has USB Type A, RCA and 3.5 mm audio inputs.

Works really great! Especially for outdoor events! Only downside is wished it was cordless (rechargeable) not needing it be plugged in

With 1500 watts of power, this speaker will literally blow you away! I almost couldn’t turn this up to it’s full volume as it was too loud! Pretty sure I’ve never said that about a portable speaker before. Upon getting this speaker, I was shocked since I underestimated its size. The speaker is 60 pounds, and more than 2 feet tall! It’s vertical design doesn’t take up much floor space, but this thing is still fairly large. The setup is quick and easy, and I was up and running with Bluetooth in 2 minutes. The package includes the speaker, a remote with 2 AA batteries, and a power cord. Getting started, there are controls on the top of the unit, along with a display towards the back. The controls on top are pretty straight forward. There’s an additional control area on the back, along with a couple of microphone inputs for karaoke mode, USB ports, and hard wired auxiliary inputs. There’s also a pair of audio out jacks for connection an additional hardwire speaker for group play. You can also wirelessly pair up to 10 of the family of speakers for a wire free group play, or pair with another speaker for a stereo sound image. This speaker has a ton of connections! The wireless remote has a ton of options on it as well, and allows you to control the lighting and DJ effects for the speaker. There’s numerous different lighting modes and sound modes, and if you’re playing content off of a USB drive, you can also change the tempo of the music. The wireless companion app also allows you to adjust all these settings, but the mobile app needs some improvement. I could pair with the speaker and adjust the settings, however I couldn’t play music from my phone. I ended up needing to repair my phone without the app, and just stream music normally. Overall, if you want a flexible, powerful, party central, portable speaker, you won’t be disappointed! This thing rocks and will accomplish just about anything for all of your entertaining or jamming needs.

This was a great purchase. My daughter threw herself a party and used her iPod to DJ with her own playlist. Party was a success

I have to say that I don't know that I ever thought I would own a device like this. I've had various speakers of differing sizes in the past, but to have one specific to parties and to be this size is a bit new to me. To start, the speaker is much larger than you would expect. I understand that the dimensions are listed on the site, but you don't really get an idea for the scale of it unless you see it in person. It reminds me more of a concert type speaker than anything you'd traditionally have at home. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, just something to be aware of. It's also quite heavy, just to set appropriate expectations for portability. Initial set up is as easy as you would expect. plug it in, turn it on, pair bluetooth and away you go. There are a limited number of buttons on the top of the speaker for controlling volume, tracks and bass boost (on or off), and general light patterns, but outside of that, you have to fall back to the app. The app is not all that great, more on that in a second. Beyond bluetooth, there are 2 microphone jacks, an aux 3.5mm audio jack and the capability to pair this with others of the same speakers. As far as sound quality is concerned: It's good, but not great. The base is overpowering in all cases with the boost turned on, and the audio is slightly muddy even without it. The volume is incredible however, so you can assure that at a party there will be zero issues with anyone hearing this speaker no matter where they stand. It's definitely geared towards volume over fidelity necessarily, although there is some control over the equalizer through the app (supposedly). As far as the app is concerned, there's a lot to be desired. When attempting to use it, even while actively playing audio with the speaker, the app would repeatedly tell me the speaker was disconnected when it was not. The information about the app states that there is an equalizer functionality but I was unable to locate it, in fact the app seems relatively limited when it was working. The speaker does not seem to integrate with Samsung SmartThings either, despite that seemingly being the direction of all of their other connected devices. Another note on connectivity. The Bluetooth radio, or maybe just the antenna for it, is very weak. When only 15-20 ft away with no obstructions with my phone in my pocket but playing audio through bluetooth to the speaker, it would frequently cut out. So you will definitely want to leave your audio source within a few feet of the speaker, or at least not directly on your person. All in all this is definitely a great and LOUD party speaker if you're buying it for that purpose it's quite good, but if you're looking for audiophile quality, this is definitely not the speaker for you.

The speaker can be loud but the sound of the music was not warm compare to my little harmon kardon. The speaker can get hot. I returned it.

Ended up returning it, was way too big and couldn’t put it anywhere without it being an eyesore in my living room.

Great with pairing to a smart tv. I put it in my basement and it gets the job done. Lots of watts

I purchased the speaker for a family event outside my home. I thought it was going to be loud but when began to play music my old $300 speaker was much louder. The samsung speaker are nice but for $700 I think its not worth it. I believe your paying more for the name. I seen some JBL next to the samsung and they are probable and play up to 18hr without having to charge them and were decent for the price.
