Thank you for purchasing the MX-T70 sound tower and for sharing your review. Your experience with the Bluetooth connection is important to us and will be shared with our product teams.
Please be sure you have the latest firmware versions (v.1038 Main, v.1024 Bluetooth). Updating the firmware on your Sound Tower gives you all the benefits of the latest improvements. If an update is offered, you can update the firmware by connecting a USB device with the firmware
update stored on it to the USB1 or USB2 port on your Sound Tower.
You can download the full user manual and firmware versions directly from Samsung’s website by clicking “Support” in the top right corner. Then go to “Manuals & Software” > “TVs & Home Theater” > “Home Theater” > “Sound Towers”. From there, you can select the MX-T70.
Please know for mobile devices, you must be aware that the wireless Bluetooth signal does not do well passing through objects such as metal, concrete or plaster wall. In addition, interference can occur when near electronic devices such as microwave ovens, wireless routers, or even other Bluetooth devices. For best performance, devices should be within 32 feet, and line of sight with the Sound Tower.

The last time I try to use it, it wasn’t connecting all.
