Would not power up. 2 weeks before it would not power up started cutting off and losing power every 25 to 30 minutes. Then would have to be powered back up??? Now have to return for service??? Sound and others features were good. BUT REALLY EXPECTED IT TO LAST LONGER FOR $700???

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was going to give this speaker five stars I was using it for several weeks since I bought it it's an amazing speaker has amazing sound the app is kind of iffy but now the app doesn't work at all I just bought the Samsung Galaxy s22 Ultra and the Galaxy Tab 8 Ultra so I could use them with the speaker and I cannot download the app for the speaker on either one because the app is no longer in the App Store. And you have to have the app to connect a speaker to your phone you can't do it any other way. So basically I just wasted $450 on a speaker that I can't even use anymore I'm going to be returning this before my timeline is up because this is ridiculous. What a waste first product I bought from Best Buy that I am unhappy with now.

I KNEW EXACTLY WHAT WAS WRONG AND IT WAS THE ACTUAL SOUND COMING OUT OF IT AND I DID NOTICE THAT THE VOLUME WAS ACTUALLY ALL THE WAY UP AND THEN THATS WHEN I LOOKED AT THE SALES RECEIPT AGAIN AND SAID WELL I THINK I NEED MY ALMOST $600 BACK AND ITS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING WORTH THAT MUCH. I WOULD NIT RECOMMEND THIS TOWER SPEAKER AS YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. THANK YOU AND I HOPE THIS HELPS.

You can use the BASS button to boost your bass. Press it again to return to the normal sound.
You can also adjust the sound mode depending on the mood of the party. Press the SOUND MODE button repeatedly to cycle through the available sound effects: PARTY, STANDARD, HIPHOP, EDM, ROCK, LATIN, HOUSE, or REGGAE. The default mode is PARTY.

And this one is on point. It fills the space with amazing sound. The companion app is decent. I will be getting another for the other side of my deck. The bass is very nice. And the tower is well built and solid. This one will wow you. The light function is customizable as well. And with mics, you are karaoke ready. You also have several inputs for other devices beyond Bluetooth. One note this one has to be plugged into power no internal battery onboard. But not at all a deal-breaker. You need juice for this explosive sound.

I have a few surround sounds in my home …. sonos surround set and 2 jbl party box 100’s and the two jbls were louder than this thing and they are totally wireless not like this states. This still needs to be plugged to a power source and sounds like 500 watts. I even got it on sale for $399 and STILL returned. For $299 I would consider it
