I like it. Save having to carry a tablet and a Cell Phone.

Decently made case, the only downside is that its not the grippiest case in the world. I like how you can switch out the stand for the s pen slot. I dont actually like the case with the s pen sleeve on there, its not very ergonomic. Just doesnt fit my hand well

The back piece slides on easily and holds well but the front cover is held on with some adhesive that loosens up in low heat. It sticks back on no problem.

The phone has been great!!! I havent uaee all the features but what i have i like. Best buy did a great job of helping me order it and set it up.

Love this case the stand works very well. It comes with a pen its not bluetooth but its still nice.

Great phone. I am working on getting the rest of the peripherals to see the total capabilities of the device.

Samsung z fold 4 best smartphone ever, litteraly is use for phone at the time tablet, basically you have a phone an tablet

This is a good phone. I have had it for a year and a half, and just now started having my first issue. The screen protector is separating. In order for Best Buy to fix it under warranty, I need to take it to one of their Samsung Authorized Repair locations, the nearest of which is an hour and a half from me. I have now spent that long trying to navigate their support structure, to find the answers to two simple questions. 1) Do they have the parts in stock to do the repair 2) How long will it take (can I wait while they do it)? Despite paying for the Total membership (one eighty per year), I am not permitted these answers. One of the agents suggested that I call Samsung to get the SKU for the warranty replacement screen protector, at which point I would call BB back, and they might or might not be able to tell me then if it is in stock. So my options appear to be to either spend three hours driving to get my answers, or just deal with having my phone start to fall apart, I've tried calling multiple numbers, tried calling their corporate number, tried the online chat, and there is no way to get this information, and no way to escalate. BUY IT SOMEWHERE ELSE. I had bought through Best Buy because I thought that paying almost two hundred a year would get some sort of improved support. But if I had bought it through my cell provider, I would already have these answers. Hell, I might already have the repair. If somebody in the Escalations department sees this, please take it as both a complaint, and a request for help. Because I am clearly not able to get it through the normal channels.

My dad loved it for a Father’s Day gift. So convenient when he’s watching his show and the pen for his job businesses. He loves it very much.

Samsung did a great job. I love this phone. The integrated spen was a deal breaker at first but i really wanted to try the phone on a daily use. If it wasn't for the holiday pricing i would of passed. Now that i have it its hard to not have it. Everything it does from viewing videos to note taking it works great. I can't wait for the fold 5!!! However, the fold 4 is the winner for summer 2022 to summer. 2023!!

Excellent case, the choice between the S Pen for work and the stand for watching videos at home gives it awesome versatility!

Good case. Comes with s pen with 2 attachments. One for s pen and to use as a stand.

Love that it comes with the pencil and an extra clip with kick stand both worth it

I I recommend the Z4 phone cover I am very pleased it fits perfectly with my Z phone 4 if you have this phone get the cover for Best Buy

Don't be surprised like I was to find out that the "Fold Edition" S-Pen does NOT work like the old Note S-Pens. 1. No "air" functions - specifically does not work as a remote to take a picture. 2. Will not work on the front screen, only the fold out screen. Otherwise, it does wireless charge though the case, the kick stand is working (for now), and it is an acceptable case. Plus the S-Pen still works for annotation on photos and taking notes. Just very disappointed with Samsung for such an oversight in lack of S-Pen functionality after buying their most premium product. First they take away the Micro SD card, now limit S-Pen functionality.

I'll give this case a 5 Star rating because the phone survived an accidental 4 foot drop onto a cement floor while at a restaurant.

Couldve been better for $80. I feel like the case wouldnt do much for a drop and the pen just gets in the way of my pockets
