Very quiet. Like the door pop open feature when load is done. Good washing options a little smaller on the inside but with the different loading options it still holds a lot.

This dishwasher is so quiet I can't even hear it when it's running! That was important to me when considering a dishwasher for my new open floor plan kitchen. We didn't want to hear the roar common with washing dishes while we are trying to watch tv and this model delivers! It was very easy to install and does a great job cleaning as well. The door popping open at the end to help dry dishes is a cool, unexpected feature too.

It does a decent job washing dishes, but this is the only item of the whole kitchen we just redid with Samsung appliances that I am not overly happy with. 1. Within weeks the silverware tray was starting to fall apart. Little plastic pins that separated the silverware would just disappear each wash. After 6 pins broke off I contacted Samsung for a warranty replacement and was told that didn't qualify. 2. Occasionally it will not wash because it says there is a leak. There is a pan under the washer with a water sensor, and somehow it gets wet every once in a while. You have to slide the washer out, tip it over, and take the pan off to dry it and check all the connections. I have never found a leak, and plenty of online videos show the same issue with phantom leaks making a puddle and keeping the washer from running. 3. Wash cycles seem really long... 2-3 hours. 4. With about 14 minutes left in the cycle, the door pops open automatically to help with drying. I guess that is pretty innovative, but it should give you a warning. People have been slapped by the door and the huge plume of steam a few times so far. It plays a dopey song at the very end of each wash cycle, how about another song right before the door pops open?

Excellent dishwasher with high-end qualities without the high-end price. Absolutely ultra quiet. Super efficient. I don't think you could find a better dishwasher at any price. Highly recommend!

Great dishwasher, quiet! But Bestbuy installers are flaky. The dishwasher showed up broken, so they didn’t even bring it inside my house. Then the installer told me just to call and reschedule in an hour. It took me 3 days of calling bestbuy before I could reschedule. The second install date came and the same installer called me asking if I had the new dishwasher.. I said “no you’re supposed to bring it). bestbuy support made me wait around 8 hours total on phone calls to get issues corrected. The next instal date they could give me was a month out, so I had to pick it up and install it myself. Should have went to a local appliance shop, who would have treated me like a human being and not a transaction. Won’t ever buy from best buy again

Great Dishwasher!! It cleans well. Quiet. The door pops open at the end and the dishes actually dry. The racks are well designed and hold dishes well. We wanted a Bosch or LG, but it was not available. I am so glad. The Bosch doors are flimsy, not so here. We have an LG and this is so much better. The racks on the LG have rusted. It alarms all the time and doesn’t dry well. This dishwasher works so much better.

So far so good. Cleans very well and so quite. I like the way it looks. Very easy to operate.

Gets dishes VERY clean and loving the top rack for large, flat items that used to waste space!

I really love how quiet the dishwasher is. The bottom rack is not great for large casserole dishes.

I love this washer. It doesn’t have a heating element in the bottom of the washer to melt stuff that falls down there. The top rack saves a lot of space. It is super quiet. I have to look at the display to check if it is running. It cleans really well. The storm wash feature is a touch louder (you can tell that it is running) but it does a really good job.

We’re very pleased with this dishwasher. It replaced a brand new Frigidaire that was extremely noisy (did not have any insulation on it). This Samsung is very quiet, does an excellent job of washing dishes, etc., even on the Express cycle. We like the third rack option for things we had to wash by hand before. Unfortunately it went on sale after we ordered and paid for ours.

This dishwasher does a great job cleaning dishes and glasses. If you want an extremely quiet machine this is it. Would have given it a 5 but first one I got was faulty. Geek squad took care of it right away.

Does the job...not happy with the bottom rack alignment and quality....this was a replacement of a Samsung model I had before...the old one was sturdier and dishes stacked in the opposing direction...quiet as advertized.

We have needed a new dishwasher quite a while. Have been washing by hand for several months. Went to Home Depot but wasn't pleased with the selection, price, or delivery options. Went to Best Buy. Got a great price and great service on the Samsung dishwasher. It is attractive, cleans well, has great features, and is extremely quiet. Highly recommend the dishwasher and Best Buy.

Okay love how quiet it is and once we learned how to use it definitely will need the instructions on the item and the first time out didn't use the rise aid and brought some made the would of difference on our glasses never have I had seen a dishwasher that pops open at the end of the drying cycle but there is and option for lock mode it's all in the instructions

Don’t like that when you set the timer and then have to open it to put something in you have to push START again. Sometime when you touch POWER I have to do it several times. I do like the top third rack, a lot. And I do like the storm wash.

This item looks great in our kitchen we wanted all stainless steel appliances when making our purchase. Dishwasher had all the features we were looking for it is very large with plenty of rack space and third rack for utensils and Auto release door to help with drying dishes. Only thing with it is stainless steel it really is not fingerprint resistant.

Dishes don’t get completely dry but cleans well... good value and easy to operate
