Thought our 4 yr old GE washer was quite. This thing puts it to shame, easy to install!

Best dishwasher I have bought! Very easy to install yourself and to use.

Had dishwasher delivered but was required to install it myself due to the virus and no insulation being done. install was complete after first load LC code came on the dishwasher would not work. After unplugging for several days per Sampson‘s instructions it started working again but only one time and code came back. Technician came out checked unit out could not find the source of the problem said the problem was because of excess slack in the drain tube. dishwasher began working for one time and after that code came back. called Samsung they refused to replace it, called Best Buy customer service they refuse to replace it, called the Best Buy store they sent me a new one out within two days. needless to say after expecting it to be installed in my new home and it could not be done and I had to do it twice myself I was not very happy about it. giving credit where credit is due the new dishwasher seems to be doing fine with no difference in the installation. I think this unit that I was given was completely faulty and could not be repaired and I believe both the repair facility and Samsung understood that however it took the store itself to replace it with a new one. Long time Samsung customer with many Samsung appliances and other items in my house. this is the first thing of Samsung that I’ve had a problem with hopefully the last.

Very quiet. Easy instillation. still adjusting to the adjustable racks.

It’s quiet, gets the dishes really clean and had so much space. I was so surprised how much I could fit on each row and feel nothing has to be crowded or stacked so everything gets really clean

Really like the clean sleek look. Controls on top are easy to use and intuitive. Very quite as well. If you are installing this yourself some of the instructions are vague and I would suggest if you have any confusion check out one of the several videos on You Tube for more detail. The instruction manual implies there is a toe kick panel but I don't think that is the case. In lieu of a metal toe kick there is a rubber flap that hangs down and covers the toe kick area. Not really a big deal but not what was expected.

Very quiet...you can’t hear it running. Cleans and dries well. Don’t love the top control panel. Sometimes takes a couple pushes before it works

Very big improvement from an older dishwasher, and it is very quiet. The only “knock” on it would be that it doesn’t leave dishes very dry after the cycle is done, even with the door open. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

So far good very quiet which we love, the only con is the door not opening all the way for lower rack.

Very easy to use. Gets dishes very clean. Door pops itself open at the end of cycles. Freaked me out when I was standing next to it and it popped open.

We purchased this dishwasher in October 2019 and installed it when it was delivered a few months later. Since then, it has proven itself to be a quiet, effective machine. No complaints about its performance. We do have one disappointment. Recently (May 2021) the tip of one of the lower rack tines became rusty and broke off. This dishwasher has the nylon coated tines. We thought they would be more durable than this. And, of course, it is out of warranty. Factor this into your purchase decision

Dishwasher is very quiet. The 3rd rack, along with the modular tines on the second/upper rack, are extremely useful. I love how it pops open when complete, so the steam vents out, instead of condensing back onto the dishes.

Directions for mount need more detail. Small ding in door. I do like the leveling options and tools. Controls are not easy to use.

After two weeks of use, the dishwasher leaked all lever my kitchen floor, damaging the cabinet base. I found that the installer did not remove all of the interior plastic film and a piece had covered the drain and the drain still had a tag attached to it. After removing the plastic and the tag, the dishwasher worked again. Now, a little over one month since purchase, the dishwasher is leaking all over again. And, the door makes a sound like loose gravel is inside every time I close the door. I found even more plastic film inside. As well as noticing that the dishwasher was not properly attached to the cabinet case. I found two tiny screws that fell out of the counter connector in the dishwasher drain. The installation was terrible. Can’t tell whether the dishwasher is any good.

This dishwasher is great. Clean dishes and so many features I actually use. The delay start feature is awesome so I can have it start while I am sleeping. The no show program panel is also great. No more accidentally starting the cycle.

Works well and is quiet. Looks great in our kitchen.

Great mid-level dishwasher. works great not difficult to use. Looks very nice.

This thing is extremely quiet compared to our old one. It has done a great job of getting the dishes clean so far. The automatic opening of the dorr at the end of the cycle is nice so we have dry dishes.
