It is a night and day difference between the two. This dishwasher is incredibly quiet and can be run at any time qithout any noise disruption. Dishes come out seemingly cleaner and dryer than with the old one. Highly recommend

At first installer said this dishwasher was defective but after troubleshooting with the manufacturer, it started working properly.

Auto Release is a beautiful thing to ensure completely dry dishes. Great addition to my black stainless steel kitchen!

My dishwasher was working great and then the promoter that automatically opened the door to set stopped working. I had Samsung come out and left without it being fixed. Another appt is set to see if it can be rectified. I would never buy this brand again, especially how expensive it is.

Great dishwasher that actually dries the dishes

So far I am really enjoying this dishwasher. I have noticed some soap residue but reducing the amount of powder detergent some helped with that.
