We love it so far. It’s super quiet, gets the dishes spotless and dry. The racks move very smoothly, which I appreciate.

It's very quiet which we love, but the interior parts seem to be made of lower quality material than our previous dishwasher. Hopefully the rack parts won't break anytime in the next 10 years, but we expect that we'll have to order replacement parts in the next 5 years when the plastic parts break. Just our expectation, but you never know!

Pro-Clean, sleek exterior. Barely hear any noise. I have to bring my ear close to it to see if it’s still running. Con- not all utensils with elaborate handles will fix in the utensil basket slots. I have to either flip the lid up to place certain utensils in or use the 3rd rack which isn’t a big deal.

I do not really use dishwashers but this does the basics. If you just want to use it occasionally it is a good price. Nothing really fancy.

Great product! 4 stars for price. Not cheap, if offered at $150 to $200 less expensive, then a 5 star

The dishwasher was easy to install and runs very quiet. Dishes come out sparkling clean and the number of wash options is amazing.

Functions exactly as expected. The decibel rating alone was worth the extra money; it's far superior to our old Whirlpool. My only frustration is that the handles on our silverware are too thick (square handles) to fit easily into either silverware rack. It's functional, but I can only use 60% of the slots at a time. So if you have silverware with thick handles, be aware that this could be an issue.

This dish washer is ery quiet and good looking appliance. It also has a lot of great features.

It's so quiet I keep forgetting the washer is on. My dishes have never been cleaner, it works great, especially in "sanitize" mode.

It looks great and it is very quite when it is running. Does a great job cleaning the dishes!

Solidly built and has a different lay out for the utensils allowing them to clean more evenly. the first rack is adjustable upwards to allow more space for pots and pans in the bottom rack. Bottom rack has storm clean features to really clean stubborn pots or pans. There is an extra rack on top for utensils if you use up all the space in the bottom rack. Lacking a smart feature but the light indicator helps remind us that the dishes is done.

I purchased the unit 4/22 and in less than 18 months, I've had it serviced five times. The GeekSquad Service was good for only one year. Now I'm trying to get Samsung to honor the warranty. Same problem ... works fine for 2-3 months, starts leaking, followed by 4C error code. Repeatedly I was told that nothing is wrong with the unit, but eventually a new part was ordered and installed. It worked six months.

So far it is a good dishwasher, just sometimes seems the dishes are not completely dry, I notice the drying solution has to always be there or it won't leave the dishes dry. My kitchen aid used to be very hot maybe that's why it broke all the racks and parts but the dishes was very well sanitized.
