It is quieter than the average conversation, in fact you have to get very close to it while it's running to make sure it's on. The adjustable trays and the third row upper try for flat items makes for placing all your dish ware a breeze. Highly recommend this product. Another Samsung quality appliance.

Don't believe our old dishwasher ever cleaned is well. Holds a lot more dishes too! No exterior handles to bump into either!

Price and sales people were great. Installation was a breeze, probably going to be more work getting rid of the old one.

Better deal for the money plus it matched the rest of our appliances

When we first got the dishwasher installed, it wouldn't stop leaking. We had a Samsung expert attempt to fix our dishwasher about 5 times over the course of about three months before the dishwasher stopped leaking. After about 6 months, the washer wouldn't clean anything on the top rack unless we used the StormWash feature. I do like how quiet it is compared to my old machine. Sometimes I forget it's even on. Overall, I'm disappointed with how many problems this dishwasher has. I wouldn't buy it again.
