Takes 2 1/2 hours to do a normal load, doesn't dry so dishes are left soaking wet so I have to dry them off or put them on a drying rack. Also, leaves tons of spots. I've tried a few different detergents and all have the same result. I thought I did my homework and read the reviews but obviously the negatives. Wish I could return but it's been months now.

It was a easy transition. The guys came in and removed the old one, cleaned the area and then brought in the new one. It is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The installation guy gave me a run down on how to use, what products he would suggest and what he wouldn't suggest in order to keep my new dishwasher running for a long time. I was very impressed with this service. That's why I purchase all my appliances from Best Buys. The prices are great, the service is great and I am always happy!

Appliance guy told circulation pump needed to be replaced. Since it was just over one year no help from best buy and now it's going to cost a few hundred bucks to fix.

If the dishwasher doesn't start right away, it could be due to Child Lock, Delay Start, the door not being closed all the way, or just holding the Start button for too long.
