Efficient and attractive dishwasher

However, it is also rusting after 2 washes and Samsung refuses to send a support technician out. Samsung's support is probably the worst support I have ever had to deal with. They use arcane practices to annoy you until you stop trying to request support from them, like putting you on hold and transferring you back and forth between departments, constantly contradicting themselves, and creating support appointments and then cancelling them. I will never buy another Samsung product, this has been a horrible experience. The only nice part of the entire process was the kind Best Buy staff who helped me initially get through to Samsung.

We did have to remove that top rack for flat items so we could raise the cup rack. There is a design flaw for water intake in the cup rack. We found raising it solved the problem, but we can't use that very top rack. For us it isn't an issue as that rack would only hold very flat items anyway. It did take us a day to figure out what that issue was. Options are nice and the washer door pops open when the cycle is done - there is also tones to let you know it's finished.

A visibly leaking dishwasher can be troublesome, and you may need help fixing it. An installation issue, for instance, will require you to inspect the drain hose, water supply hose, and leveling legs if the leak is severe. Please check these links for details.

It gets our dishes much, much cleaner than our prior dishwasher. It uses less water and energy, is relatively quiet, and has a terrific third rack for silverware that lets you space items out nicely. It also has the special "StormWash" wash for tough pot stains that is a nice extra to have. It looks great, works fantastically, and is one of our absolute favorite appliances we have ever bought. Strongly recommend!
