So far, we like this purchase a lot. 4 stars because the interior is a bit smaller than our previous dishwasher, so we had to make some adjustments with how much we can fit.

Poor cleaning

The 3rd rack sounds like a good idea, but not having the upper arm also limits the amount of cleaning that can be done.

Within the first week it stopped turning on and someone from Samsung had to come out and fix it, twice. It does a pretty good job, has plenty of features and space but feels pretty cheap inside and does not clean even half as good as our old one did. Also does not dry at all. I'm fairly disappointed because we usually stand behind Samsung 100%. This one just doesn't hit the mark.
