Surprised how much quitter it was compared to my old washer.

I love the ease and operation of the Samsung dishwasher.

Can barely hear. Its great. Have owned for 2 months.

Great dishwasher!!! Our former dishwasher was about 15 years old so we had to get used to one that was smarter than we were. We are still learning about all of the great features. My husband loves the fact that the dishwasher will open itself when it is finished to allow air to help finish the drying process.

I love my new dishwasher. It really cleans my dishes. The shelves are roomy and easily adjustable. I really like the top shelf that gives me the ability to lay knives flat and wash lids easily. I like the tones the dishwasher plays so I know that the cycles are done.

It’s been many days and I couldn’t find how to make my new dishwasher to dry the dishes. It’s the main function I use and it’s frustrating to have everything wet. I’ll find a way to make it work or will return it.

This washer is beautiful, but it does not work. Am waiting for a replacement, so it's hard to say how well it works. Best Buy has been helpful and courteous in replacing it. Will see how the next one works (or doesn't). I do think the placement of the tines to hold dishes is not efficient but maybe I just have to get used to it. It is very quiet when I can get it to turn on.

Excellent service. There was some issue with the dishwasher but best buy replaced it. I’d recommend Bestbuy for buying all home appliances. I’ll definitely buy in future.

Very quiet dish washer. We made the mistake of getting the top control panel rather than the front control panel. There's no heat/dry feature, we have to leave the door open when the cycle ends & add a liquid rinse aid. I'm still not sure how to drain any left over water the manual says to hold the cancel drain button but it never works. Also you have to press the power button everytime you want to add a dish. Shouldn't the cycle restart automatically.

Great dishwasher. Looks beautiful and works great. The only issue we’ve had is after some loads it seems like the soap cover opened late or didn’t open all the way. We ended up having to run it again because soap was dripping from the soap reservoir. It could’ve been caused by improper loading though.

In the last two years we have bought Samsung refer, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. EVERY SINGLE ONE HAS HAD ISSUE. The lastest is the nearly $800 dishwasher that is 14 months old and the circuit board and time broke and needs an expensive repair. The service guy says samsung appliances are the worst, which i wish we knew before we bought 4 of them

Never had a dishwasher in my 1928 home. Having a complete kitchen renovation and decided to install a dishwasher, All appliances are Samsung and I couldn't be happier. It is all I expected it to be and I'm saving lots of water. It was finally installed on 11/3/21.

Great dishwasher, works amazing and is very quiet.

The metal grid is a bit too wide- I mean a champagne flute will fall through if you don't put it over one of the tongs. I wish the grid was a bit tighter but I absolutely love the auto pop-open feature when the cycle is done. Lets all the steam out and allows the dishes to dry.

First time the replaced the main board. Worked fine for 2 months. Then they blamed and replaced the drain pump. Worked for another month. Remaining time I had it I was hand washing dishes while I fought with samsung support to get repairs. For me. This model is a lemon. When it works it is super quiet. Even quiter when broke as it doesn't run at all! Haha.

Extremely disappointed. Door started leaking 4 months after installed by Best Buy. Samsung warranty service indicated that some door plugs were missing and Geek Squad warranty service indicated that Samsung had a service bulletin out for a known issue but they don't let customers know until a problem exists. Samsung service provider indicated he didn't think the service bulletin would resolve the source of the leak but installed the service bulletin hardware anyway. Unknown if he tested after the install but when I started the unit the next day the leak was even worse. Now Samsung just wants to replace the door (in two weeks) and Best Buy claims they are pursuing unit replacement but since this model seems to have a design defect am pursuing other units. (PS - One star was the minimum this review submittal would accept but if I had a choice it would be zero stars)

I hate this dishwasher, It does Not! do a good job cleaning the dishes, worst dishwasher I have ever owned. Only one good point is it is extremely quiet. If there is one little thing on a dish its still on after a storm wash! 3 hour cycle! and the dishes are still full of water drops , not dry at all. I wish I could return it!
