We love this dishwasher! It works great and is super quiet. We like that you can adjust the top rack as well as having the third rack for small items is fantastic.

The clip that locks doors would not shut the door for a couple of days, then randomly started to lock the door again.

Nice washer but there was a defect with the door seal right out of the box. The seal on the door was allowing water to pour right out of the right side. Upon inspection of the seal I realized it was improperly secured. While removing the screw that attached it to the frame I realized the person who assembled the washer cross threaded the screws

3.5 if I could give 1/2 point. Dishwasher died during lock down so didn't have time to actually look at other models as I would do normally. Choose it because of the low noise level. Cleans well but not a fan of the "drying mode" or the top rack as it gets in the way more often than it's usefulness.

We really like it! Love the 3 tracks, great features. It took a little while getting used to the drying cycle with the door automatically opening. We like the idea of the energy savings.

Love this machine! Our house had the loudest dishwasher ever and we lived with it for over 15 years! After installing this dishwasher we’re questioning why we waited so long! We love it!

I've had this dishwasher LESS THAN 6 months and it started leaking on my floor. Called Samsung they dispatched HNG appliance - I detailed the issue AND sent photos to the local appliance company and the technician still didn't come prepared. Assessed the situation here and came back 10 days later but the parts manager apparently ordered the wrong size part. Called and escalated to Samsung - they are calling another 'local service provider' but have no idea when I will hear back from them to schedule - So so far i've been with out my dishwasher 25% of the time i've owned it. Dishwasher itself is quite, third rack is not particularly useful in actually cleaning anything. It does not have a heated dry - it pops open when it is done with the cycle to have it dry. Not impressed thus far....

I have owned this product for over a year, with no complaints. It washes thoroughly, has an air dry option (that I appreciate), and an extra space at the top for longer spoons and small lid tops.

Only 1 minor issue and that is the silverware trays on the bottom are a bit difficult to attach and the second tray gets caught on the handle if not attached properly.

A complete piece of junk. For the price and the brand, you'd expect that it would at least work, even if it didn't live up to its specs. However, this machine was a problem for us from the beginning and exactly 12 months later it's dead. Of course it's out of warranty and it bites that we just barely finished paying off the financing. The first problem was that the auto-release mechanism stopped working reliably. It would finish the wash cycle and sometimes it would open, sometimes it wouldn't. We figured we could live with it, and let it ride. Then, we noticed that there was rinse aid solution pooling under the dishwasher. We thought it may have been an isolated incident and cleaned it up. When it because obvious that it was a persistent problem, we contacted Best Buy about a repair. That was painful. Finally got through to someone at Samsung who scheduled a repair person to come out and look at it. The guy who showed up was the most incompetent tech I've ever seen. He had no idea how to open the front cover, and then didn't know how to put it all back together. His installation was a mess and didn't solve the leak, which by the way had been caused by a leaking seal in the reservoir. Once the above leak was repaired (not by the Samsung Tech), we thought we would finally have a working dishwasher for a while, and wouldn't you know it, within 2 months of that incident the whole thing is dead. It won't turn on and doesn't respond to anything. A call to the service center informed us that it would be at least a couple of bills for a service call at this point, plus whatever parts they now need to order. No thank you,

Received this and immediately had problems with dishes not being cleaned. Changed dishwasher solution since I thought that might be the problem. Then started getting water supply errors. After 3 weeks I called Best Buy to complain. They responded and sent out Best Yet installers who originally installed it (no complaints about them they’re great) and they determined the pump was defective and thought a replacement was needed. So Best Buy sent their Geek squad to evaluate problems and he was very thorough and spent hours evaluating everything. His determination was the pump wasn’t working properly and needed replacement which will be done in yet another week. What I did learn is that Samsung does not replace defective appliances even those less than 30 days without extensive evaluation. This is definitely a factor to consider when buying

Great looking dishwasher, super quiet with easy slide racks. The drying system is innovative and allows you to put plastic on the bottom rack since it doesn’t use a heating element.

The dishwasher does as good of a job as the Whirlpool it replaced in our kitchen, but the build quality is nowhere near as good. the door has no weight to it. So much so that it doesn't even stay open unless you roll out the bottom rack to sit on top of it. Overall not as impressive as the rest of Samsung's appliances.

Great upgrade from our other dishwasher. The installation was amazing and were a pleasure to deal with. Tidy installation ... done and dusted in less the 30 mins !!

I purchased this dishwasher in Nov 2019. The filter has rusted in less than 6 months. Contacted Samsung and they are saying it's not under warranty. It's less than a year - how could a filter rust in less than a year. Best Buy no help either.

They all perform well. My reason for not giving them an excellent rating is because there was no instruction book with the electric range. Everyone deserves to have full instructions with such a sophisticated appliance, And the price I paid for it means that it is cheapened because of a mere paper booklet,

Works great, love the color. The top rack need to be redesigned, the little studs that you put in your dinning ware can break pretty easy
