Great machine. Always clean dishes

Noise level is the only good thing

It says I need to buy other cleaning products to use. The only good thing I can say is the noise is non-existent.

Not a fan of the 3rd shelf for silverware, as it's time-consuming putting them in their individual slots - much easier to use the basket. The dishwasher doesn't seem to dry that well, nor does it have the space I'm used too.

Leaves soap residue on dishes. Have to hand rinse after wash. However, I hear from people with dishwashers of different brands and they have the same issue.

I always rinse everything before I put it in the dishwasher and this still doesn’t clean. I’ve used it twice now and the detergent doesn’t rinse off the compartment during cycle so there is a blob of detergent in there as well. It’s quite ridiculous

The quality wasn't as I expected it to be given how much we paid for it. The door closes funny. The drain assembly seems very cheap and I have my fingers crossed that it doesn't leak. Just not what we expected for the price we paid.
