Now it will go through the entire cycle and pop the door open.... but it doesn't let ANY water into the unit. The valve mechanism isn't working to allow water in. All electronics work from the door...just no water. Got the extended warranty, but since it's in the first year "manufacturer warranty", best buy/geek squad said you have to go through samsung. I just called them...they said someone would call me in 2 days to schedule a repair. Don't waste your time/money on this brand/model. Unfortunately appliances aren't built like they used to and we get second hand crap from some third world country.

Died After 13 months

Dripping dishwasher

We have to clean out the bottom of the dishwasher because of sludge build-up at least once a month or it has an awful smell. This doesn't even include cleaning the filter, which we do regularly as per instructions. Our dishes go into the dishwasher almost completely clean in the first place so we are baffled by the gross brown sludge we find in there. And now, of course, only a little over one year from purchase date, we have a leak all over our kitchen floor! Isn't it convenient our product "worked" until JUST after the warranty expired? Unbelievable, Samsung. GET IT TOGETHER!!!! Never again!
