What is a dishwasher for if you have to pre-wash dishes? That is not the case for this dishwasher. I have that for a year and I do not use everyday so I let build up more dishes until is full after a couple of days, it cleans very well all the things without a problem.

Really wanted to keep this dishwasher cause it looks great, is very quiet, and the racks and silverware tray are very nice. We had a problem since the unit has a solid base and was kinking our water line if we had the unit all the way to the front of the cabinets. We had to swap for a unit that didnt have a solid base.

Have had this for 3 1/2 months and this is fantastic!!! PER MFR SUGGESTION, USE RINSE AID TO HELP PREVENT SPOTS IN DISHES!!!! We do, and select normal wash AND sanitize and have NEVER had water spots. So the open door air dry works like a champ. We cannot get over how quiet this is. We have an open floor plan and out old dishwasher sounded like a frieght train. We forget it's running sometimes in the day it's so quiet. Cleans the so good too. Even got all the gunk off the bottom of our Insta pot insert after some chili burned on the bottom. Love it, and very much worth the extra money.

So quiet you barely know it's working. Lots of features and flexibility. To get the most out of the unit is really helps to read the manual. My favorite feature, other than how clean the dishes get, is the automatic opening of the door just prior to the end of the cycle. It allows the dishes to cool down prior to handling.

Works as expected and looks very sleek. I really like the stainless steel black finish and matches perfectly with the rest of our Samsung appliances. I really love the look of the recessed handle and would recommend. It has a very sleek minimalistic look which I think many of you will appreciate.

Super quiet and plenty of room for the whole family

This Samsung 42 dBA stainless steel dishwasher replaced a 12year old GE that was really noisy. This Samsung is so quiet and cleans well. It matches the set of appliances we purchased. It is a little odd to run but read the manual and you are good to go. We are very pleased with this appliance so far. Highly recommend!

Dishwasher is silent and works as described. It doesn't have a heating element so it air dries when it finishes. Not a big deal as we turn it on in the evening and it is quiet and done when we get up.

Install was easy and straight forward. It's SUPER quiet and has done a great job washing dishes so far. The only complaint is that you'll have to keep the door open for a while to let the inside dry after use. It does NOT include a heating element, and will automatically open after the cycle is complete to let the steam escape. Be prepared to towel dry washed dishes On the plus side, no heating element means less power usage and no warped plastic dishes

This is the best dishwasher I've ever owned! First and foremost, it cleans dishes thoroughly every time. It is also a nice looking appliance and has useful features such as delayed start. The dishwasher also runs very quietly which is a welcome change from my previous dishwashers. Rack adjustment has been somewhat of a challenge, but overall I would rate this as a very good dishwasher and I'm pleased with the purchase.

I absolutely love my new dishwasher. Not only is it super quiet, it cleans very well. The drawers are movable up and down. It also has a top drawer just for larger utensils. ❤️❤️❤️

I've never had a high quality dishwasher. This thing beats any entry level unit. Love all the features and how much you're able to fill it with 3 levels of racks. Also very quiet.

My old dishwasher sounded like a 747 compared to this one. I love the third shelf on top and the added depth of the second rack. The track action on the bottom rack is a little rough and the adjustable plate-holder prongs fall down easily, but I still really like this dishwasher over all.

We had a 15 year old dish washer before this one and holy cow what a difference. This thing does take longer to wash but man it does such a better job than anything I have used. I love the open air drying assist and everything feels so clean. Also, WOW, this thing is QUIET. Our house is an open floor plan so the dish washer is in an island and is pretty close to the living room and we cannot hear anything, except when it drains. It sounds like it is BLOWING out the water, which is a good thing, but it can startle people if they don't expect it. The washing itself is stupid quiet though!
