Excellent! Love how quiet it is in our open concept

I bought this after reading multiple reviews and had very high hopes. But im so tured of hearing my family complain about this dishwasher. I thought the third rack was a marvel idea. Luckily its easily removed as it really limited space. Main problem is that it just doesn’t get the dishes clean. Not sure why. The door open to facilitate drying is nifty and does work but unfortunately it just means the crap that left on the dishes is now dryied and stuck meaning. I even rinse before loading and they still don't come out clean. Im very disappointed in this dishwasher.

Within 10 days of use, the dishwasher leaks under the main rotary unit, leaking water on floor of about a 1/2 gallon. Best Buy is closed and the 15 day return time will expire. Small issue, while a new unit leaking from main seal is not expected.

1 year later the rack is rusting badly in multiple spots. I could live with this but the water pump/drain also went out already.

By far the worst dishwasher ever. I purchase this along with several Samsung appliances for home. And we are very disappointed in this dishwasher. Since day one we have had leaks with it nonstop. It also stops mid cycle with no error code. We have contacted Samsung and they have sent someone to repair this but it takes about two weeks for them to get out here in two weeks for them to get responses. We have been on hold with Samsung many times for up to an hour and a half until someone finally picks up. This is the worst dishwasher ever do not buy it stay away from it. Even after someone shows up supposedly repairs it it continue to leak

I do like to give 5 stars if this dishwasher doesn't leak. I got this unit in January 2022, and it started to leak from the bottom within a week. I called BESTBUY, and they sent the technician. The technician said there was a dent in the back of the dishwasher, that's why the door was not closing properly. So, BestBuy replaced my dent one with the same model on February 2022. However, it's still leaking from the bottom. It seems like the door is still not closing properly. My previous dishwasher would not start if the door was not closed properly. I do not know if the leaking happened due to BestBuy's poor installation or if this model is defective. I would like to replace it with a different brand, but it's too late to return it now. So I made another service appointment, and the same thing probably will happen again. I might sell this dishwasher by myself and get a different model. I will need to replace the whole subfloor and my kitchen floor, which was a very expensive lesson I learned. I will never buy Samsung appliances again.

Terrible! We have adjusted our water heater temperature, changed detergent, changed placement of pod. We have tried everything in the manual and even had a tech out. Twice we have found soap scum and mold on the bottom. This is even with fairly regular cleaning. The only positive is that it's quite.

It leaks. BestBuy said they inspected the unit prior to selling it, but clearly they did not because there is a visible hole in one of the hoses. Now it is impossible to find a replacement hose or to check if the unit is even functioning properly, and finding it very difficult to return for a full refund or replacement

I purchased this washed to replace an old builder-grade one that kicked the bucket. Our old washer was SO LOUD and it was even more annoying because we have a very open-concept kitchen/dining/living room. This washer is so quiet I can’t even tell if it’s running sometimes unless I look at the indicator lights. It cleans great, the top knife rack is a great feature, and it is super sleek-looking in our kitchen. I also love that all of the branding is kept hidden on the top of the door with the control panel. Since we only replaced the dishwasher, it isn’t the same brand as our other appliances so this feature helps everything’s remain cohesive. Love it and have recommended it to two other friends needing dishwashers now too!

Discharge water lines came with a hole and flooded my kitchen

The dishwasher cleans well and is super quiet, which I love. What I don't love is that there is no way of knowing if the dishes are clean or dirty by looking at it. All of the lights turn off when the cycle is done. I have never had a dishwasher that didn't have an indication that the dishes were done and clean. It has an auto release to the door to air dry, which is nice for the environment but the dishes are never dry when the door pops open. That has led to a lot of husband and kid moments when they load the clean diswasher. I like the top rack for storing the bigger serving tools and the adjustable racks on each of the pull outs, though.

Love my new dishwasher. Very easy to use and so quiet when running, you hardly know it is on. Third rack is very useful for utensils and lids, great idea. Love that the door pops oven when cycle is done, helps dishes to dry completely. Overall extremely happy with my purchase. Highly recommend.

I brought my Kitchen Aid dishwasher around 12 years ago. Now I was having problems with it every 2-3 years, sometimes inlet valve leaks, or drainage valve gets malfunction. So I decided to do some research before buying next dishwasher. Samsung believe it or not, is suggested by most technician. I have varied machines at my home all from different manufactures. When anything goes wrong, I call a technician, and they try to fix. When my Samsung refrigerator had faulty valve, technician told me that Samsung understands problem and comes up with solution unlike other (kitchen Aid), that try to rip you off. So Samsung was my choice. Next, this machine captured my eyes when I was in store. The structure, precise manufacturing, types of material in valves and drainer, is absolutely stunning. The ease of use is extraordinary, much better than wifi ones. In my opinion, buy this one that any newer model, because Samsung sees a problem and tries novel solution, and with this one they inputted their best solution. It is perfect. Easy, technologically advance, perfect craftsmanship, beautiful finish.

We bought a dishwasher in November that stopped working after a week. Because a replacement was back ordered for 2 months, we purchased this one instead. We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it. It has 3 racks so utensils can go in the top 3rd rack. The tines in the middle rack can be adjusted easily to accommodate little bowls or cups. We find that we can get more in this dishwasher than any we have ever used. It cleans great. It is very quiet. Our kitchen is right next to our family room. You can run it while you are watching TV. This model also will cut itself off if there is leakage of any kind. I like that feature. When your dishes are done, the door will open so your dishes get dry. There are no negatives that I can tell you about. We love everything about this dishwasher.

Installation was frustrating compared to my last dishwasher. Water connections is too close to the left side and practically kinks the water line when installing on the right hand side of the sink. Power cord connection is in the front and doesn’t leave much cord to plug in under sink on a standard 6 foot cord. Most modern kitchens have a Stone counter top and the side mounting brackets are Aren’t easy to install through the hole on the side of the dishwasher. Once installation was complete dishwasher works great. Very quite.

It's been about 2 weeks since we got our dishwasher and so far, so good. The first one that was delivered did not drain properly, which the technicians discovered when they installed it. So, other than having to wait 5 days for a replacement, it's been fantastic. The third rack is great for tongs, spatulas, etc. The one thing I was worried about was this machine's ability to dry and I definitely didn't need to worry. Everything is perfectly dry, except for a few cups with concave bottoms. And, no worries about where your plastic is. Finally, it is so quiet, we had to check to make sure it was running. The only thing I hear is the water draining and the chime when the cycle is complete. Matches perfectly with our Samsung refrigerator.

Quiet with good capacity and cleaning capabilities. We like the feature where the door pops open when finished. That solves the mystery of whether the dishes are clean or not. There are two options for placing your utensils in to clean - top 3rd rack or side bucket. Note that the features state that there is a hidden heating element. Don't know exactly what that is but the installer said that the unit does not have a heat drying element. I suppose he is right because it has the pop open door when finished. It works fairly well to let the moisture escape to finish drying.

Unlike most of the other reviewers here, I didn't receive this as part of a campaign by Samsung. I am in the process of renovating my entire kitchen and wanted a dishwasher that was stainless, fingerprint-proof, had an express wash setting, and a pop-open air dry setting for after wash. This checked all the boxes and was a good price. We installed it over a week ago and I cannot rave enough about this dishwasher! My dishes have never been cleaner (no spots and on express wash) and this thing is so quiet you can't even tell it is running. I SO hope this holds up because this washer is absolutely amazing. I can't believe the price point. This could not be better!

Pros: - extremely quiet. I mean, at times you must look at the indicator lights just to make sure the washer is running. - Cleans very well especially using the pots and pans heavy wash settings - 3rd rack is very convenient. This is where we place all flatwear, lower profile kitchen utensils, sippy cup lids, knives, etc. - AutoRelease Dry is much better than I anticipated on any glass and metal surfaces. Plastics have an issue drying with this method since their temperature drops too rapidly. Ths dishwasher is more efficient without a dedicated heating element to dry post wash. - you can raise and lower the middle rack as needed Cons: - Having a 3rd rack means less clearance in the second rack. Full sized drinking glasses will often rub or catch on the 3rd rack. If you lower the middle rack to alleviate this issue, you quickly run out of clearance for the bottom rack which will then have an issue holding large dinner plates and pots and pans. - The plastic on the 3rd rack is cheap. The little tines can easily snap right off. I have lost about 6 tines in the 6 months I've owned the dishwasher. - AutoRelease does not dry plastics as well as a dishwasher with a dedicated heating element. - The location of the door hinges means if anything falls down inside, it will be there indefinitely. My 2 year old dropped a cracker into one hinge and now every time I close the door there is a grinding, crunching sound that drives me nuts. SUMMARY: Great dishwasher that is very quiet and washes your dishes effectively. Everything else is secondary.
