I’m rating it a four because I haven’t used it yet. We have just moved in our new home, I’m not concerned because Best Buy stands behind there name. I’m sure it will be a 5 star, no worries.

It would have cost nearly as much as buying a new one but I had the geek squad protection which covered the repair and parts.

This model seem well built, looks great, and had no surprises during the install. There is a metalized wide tape included which helps protect a laminate counter top from the steam escaping when the auto door open feature is enabled. This didn't seem to be explained in the manual, but was explained to me by a Best Buy employee so I knew it's purpose.
