This is an excellent dishwasher! I can leave my dishes as dirty as I want and get clean dishes after the storm wash. It has many different options and features which fit our families needs. It is sleek, stainless steel, & tough on food. It also fits my budget. Most dishwashers were over our budget, this one is well priced & user friendly. It also has a 3rd rack which helps with alot the utensils. I would recommend this anyone with a modest budget.

Best dishwasher ever! Was a bit concerned reading about issues Samsung Dishwashers were having, and even salesmen were not thrilled about selling them. Sure enough, ours starting having issue with door not auto opening after only 2 weeks, same as many others complained about. Google searching internet found a simple solution of applying a tiny spec of white lithium grease to door mounted hook/latch and problem solved! Seems many dishwasher repairmen don't even know about this simple 5 second cure, as they were needlessly replacing panels, motors and boards for others, with problem coming back after a few days. More than 4 months later and still perfect. Now for the great stuff: Ultra quiet and forget it is running. After owning dishwashers for 40 + years, this one cleans better in 60 minute quick wash than any other dishwashers normal 1 hour 45 minute wash. The capacity looked a little smaller than prior dishwasher. After a few weeks of use, and properly using the adjustable mid rack (love it), 3rd rack for flat stuff and silverware (spotless), while removing the traditional silverware baskets (waste of space), it probably holds 25% more than prior dishwashers.

This machine is sleek and it looks great in my kitchen. I have all Samsung devices (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher) and now my kitchen looks great. I have no problem with the Samsung devices. Now, I have a problem with the installation provider (At Your Service)...they were absolutely horrible!!! The first time they came for delivery they informed me that the machine was too big for the location (which currently had a dishwasher in it) and it wouldn't fit. He informed me that I would have to remove my hardwood floor so that it would fit. So, I had another contractor come in remove the old machine (without removing my floor) and leave the space vacant. I rescheduled the installation and when they came back he insisted that the machine still would not fit in the vacant space without even trying. I instructed the company to leave the machine. My contractor came in the next day and put the machine in the space in less than 30 minutes and it is working PERFECTLY!!! PLEASE PICK BETTER INSTALLATION CONTRACTORS!!!!

I love the 3rd rack we have large steak knifes and the top rack is great for them. The storm wash has been good for pans. It is very quiet and sings a song when done

Love this dish washer!!!! Everything has come out clean the first time though! Most importantly, my wife Loves it and finds it easy to load! Personally, I like the looks and 3rd rack! I only wish it had a way to lower the 3rd rack an inch or so...then it might've recieved 5 stars but hey, I knew the options when I bought it and for the price I'm very pleased. Can't wait to get the rest of the appliances to match!!

Dishwasher is very quiet. So far the cleaning is good. I have noticed a sour smell after the cycle is done. I had never noticed such a smell with my Whirlpool. I checked the filter, but there was nothing in it. The top rack is not as useful as I assumed it would be. Also, the middle rack has only 2 positions. I am used to a variable height adjustment.

Excellent Dishwasher very quiet, I think black stainless is the way to go now. Very easy to use and stores a lot of dishes. Will definitely recommend.

This thing is very quiet, sometimes I forget it's even running. Looks great, works great. Wife loves the silverware rack and the door auto-opens when finished.

This dishwasher is a nice attractive addition to our kitchen. I like that it is quiet and the interior is laid out nicely. It also comes with a removable third shelf for spatulas extra silverware etc. If I had to mention a con, it would be that the middle shelf tends to slide forward when the door is open. This can be annoying when loading or unloading the lower shelf.

Absolutely no issues with it. I had to run 20 loads rt after install and remodel job was done. I couldn’t ask for better dishwasher. Quiet, easy, and beautiful!

Dishwasher works great. Cleans very well and you can hardly tell when it's running. Tons of room inside to fit a bunch of dishes. Would buy again

Love it. Did not have to rinse Thanksgiving dishes for the first time. I wanted to see how it cleaned. The third rack is a great idea. Definitely quiet.

Wanted a trio of appliances from the same manufacturer and in black stainless steel. Decided on Samsung. Went through several Whirlpool and GE dishwashers over the last 15 years. Was skeptical over the fan drying off the dishes. The good, this dishwasher exceeds my expectations. Looks good, works good, dishes come out dry, the 3rd rack is awesome. Very quiet, its 20 feet away from our living room and cannot hear it running. I did not get paid for endorsing this product, but I wanted to share my positive experience with this appliance.

For DIY installers, this model has a longer attached hose so you probably won't need to purchase an extension. Super quiet, the pop open feature at the end of cycle is helpful in dissipating moisture and heat. I'm very happy with the cleaning effectiveness, and have used the Stormwash feature a few times, but typically just run it on auto mode. The top tray is very convenient for flat items or as an alternate location for silverware. Received a trouble code once indicating moisture detected below unit. After some searching online I performed a breaker reset and everything has been fine since. This may have been caused by adding too much rinse aid, which is too easy to do because there is no indicator and it is easy to overflow when filling.

This dishwasher does a great job cleaning dishes and silverware. Very quiet, and looks very nice as well. Another great choice.

This Samsung dishwasher is a happy medium between price, low noise and stainless steel tub. With the controls on top this dishwasher has a clean and simple look. The added Stormwash functionality is a nice feature for those times when you have a lot of food residue. Little did we know the most helpful feature though is the third rack. Being able to put like silverware together without nesting and then being able to grab everything in one pass is incredibly nice.

Cleaning and noise levels are great but washing cycles do take a long time

Very quiet dishwasher and cleans very well. Third rack is nice for odd things that dont fit other places
