In the last two years we have bought Samsung refer, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. EVERY SINGLE ONE HAS HAD ISSUE. The lastest is the nearly $800 dishwasher that is 14 months old and the circuit board and time broke and needs an expensive repair. The service guy says samsung appliances are the worst, which i wish we knew before we bought 4 of them

Great dishwasher, works amazing and is very quiet.

Extremely disappointed. Door started leaking 4 months after installed by Best Buy. Samsung warranty service indicated that some door plugs were missing and Geek Squad warranty service indicated that Samsung had a service bulletin out for a known issue but they don't let customers know until a problem exists. Samsung service provider indicated he didn't think the service bulletin would resolve the source of the leak but installed the service bulletin hardware anyway. Unknown if he tested after the install but when I started the unit the next day the leak was even worse. Now Samsung just wants to replace the door (in two weeks) and Best Buy claims they are pursuing unit replacement but since this model seems to have a design defect am pursuing other units. (PS - One star was the minimum this review submittal would accept but if I had a choice it would be zero stars)

The metal grid is a bit too wide- I mean a champagne flute will fall through if you don't put it over one of the tongs. I wish the grid was a bit tighter but I absolutely love the auto pop-open feature when the cycle is done. Lets all the steam out and allows the dishes to dry.

First time the replaced the main board. Worked fine for 2 months. Then they blamed and replaced the drain pump. Worked for another month. Remaining time I had it I was hand washing dishes while I fought with samsung support to get repairs. For me. This model is a lemon. When it works it is super quiet. Even quiter when broke as it doesn't run at all! Haha.

I hate this dishwasher, It does Not! do a good job cleaning the dishes, worst dishwasher I have ever owned. Only one good point is it is extremely quiet. If there is one little thing on a dish its still on after a storm wash! 3 hour cycle! and the dishes are still full of water drops , not dry at all. I wish I could return it!

Awful, this dishwasher leaks all the time. It's ruined baseboards and kitchen cabinets in a brand new home. It's only going to get worse as I go through the process of having this leak a couple more times before it can be replaced.

The sale, delivery and installation was very good. The 2 employees who installed the dishwasher were friendly, personable and professional. They were also the same guys who installed my washer & dryer several months back. And they remembered me and the particular delivery.

I bought this a year ago, installed a few months ago and will now probably buy something else to replace it. It had a leak from the inside, so i toom it apart and emptied the drip pan. This has happened twice. The door doesn't seal properly consistently, despite doing my best every night to wiggle it and make sure it's tight. Even then, about 30% of the time, i find water on the floor. Overall its very flimsy. The racks when loaded with dishes are very wiggly and unstable feeling. The kitchenaid at our vacation rental was way sturdier. There is no heated dry function so the only way to get dry dishes is to run on sanitize mode and buy jet dry The feature that pops the door open to steam is poorly thought out. The steam escapes through the sides and strips the finish from your cabinets.

Had to return and exchange for a different unit. It was very good looking but it did not have a disposal inside it. We did not get to test the unit.

Solid dwishwasher. Had BB install it and it went well Only trouble is we found the rubber flap at the bottom can be hard to keep in place.

Door auto release stopped working shortly after I bought it. Have been spending so much time on the phone to get Samsung fix it. Samsung sent the technician and he did nothing about it. I am stock with this I wasted so much time trying to have this fixed but no luck even though it still under warranty. The door steel is very thin that it can be easily dented while installing.

We wish we could give it a ten star rating. The "open door" when the cycle has finished feature is an amazing feature. The capacity of the machine is unbelievable. The third rack for silverware is great. Could not be more pleased.

Love my new dishwasher. Love the look, the quiteness of dish washer. And I love how my dishes are actually dry!!! And the door pops open to let you know - dishes are done. I'm happy with my purchase. Have used 2x daily for 2 weeks now.

Very pleased with new dishwasher..the 2nd pair of jnstallers we very knowledgeable and forthcoming..Milton, & Carson were great. Polite, friendly & installed D/W without a hitch...painless. Thank you!!!

Quiet my foot! Don't know who gives the ratings but this washer is not that quiet. My last maytag washer was way more quiet and it wasn't rated as quiet. The washing is louder, the drain is way louder, even created water hammer in my pipes which has never been a problem with my two previous dishwashers. Disappointed!

Dishwasher is was pretty good in the beginning, but after 3.5 months door auto open feature just stopped working.

Word of caution.. Use powder detergent or capsules not liquid detergent. There are many reviews talking about how powder and tablets are the best since they work on hard water areas and we have hard water.. So outside of this everything is good!!

Great product! We’ve had our share of dishwashers in the past and this one has been the best. We like how it doesn’t have the old fashion drying system. Uses steam to dry and auto pops the foot open. Suggest using jet dry too.

The dishwasher is amazing! Fairly quiet and very efficient! The automatic door opener to help with the drying cycle is super cool and helps dry the dishes faster. I was pleasantly overall surprised and I highly recommend!!
