Does not clean as good as many other machines and no heating drying is a real disappointment. There’s is not even low temperature dryer fans. Everything comes out wet.

Not a big deal, but than more problems arise. The door no longer pops out after a cycle. We didn't have that feature on our prior unit, so it's not a big deal either. Now the unit shuts down in the middle of a cycle for no apparent reason. We've been trying to reach customer service to have it repaired. They would open up a ticket, and then close it the next day.
